Best job & people ever!! Carpets were cleaned a few days before. The whole house suddenly smelt like wet dog. Called this company and they came out the next day, did their thing and the house smells GREAT!!! Highly recommended!

They did a great job on my carpets. I had filthy carpets with urine stains, etc and Nate came and out a special treatment on the carpets and cleaned them right up. Once the carpets were dry, everything was clean and fresh.

Nate gave me a professional quote on Saturday. He was on time for the quote and he was on time for the job.
Nate and his associate were organized, very clean, and the carpets were cleaned beyond expectations.

What a transformation of our tile and grout! Our home is only 4 years old but you’d be amazed at how the dirty the grout can get ... but not a problem for Nate ... he made our doors look like new. Not only that, but the care taken to protect our hardwood floors from the equipment was great. AND THEN he cleaned our hardwood on his way out. ABOVE AND BEYOND is what we received from Williams Surface Pro!!!

I have owned Peoria Child Care for over 40 years and had various companies care for our Carpets and tile floors. We've had sloppy maintenance crews that splatter wax on our walls, we've had undependable people who didn't show up after my staff moved shelves full of toys and furniture off the floor, we've had crews who have stolen from us and we've walked into freshly applied wax over incomplete strip jobs. So naturally I was reluctant to try Nate at Williams Surface Pro even though he came highly recommended by one of my Teachers. She knew him from the work he had done at her Church.
So fast forward to my joy at walking in to the best my floors have ever looked since I built my building back in 1997. I looked at the alarm pad log and saw that he and his crew were here for over 12 hours fixing the disastrous floor that I had left them. Nate is extremely professional, they show up when they say, they have the right equipment, he and his crew are meticulous and don't care how long it takes to get the job done right because they obviously take pride in their work. This is the way all businesses should be run and I'm so glad I took a chance on Williams Surface Pro. I waited for over 40 years but now that wait is over.

This time he did my carpets and did a great job at a reasonable price!

He cleaned all the tile through my house and the result was amazing! All the grout that had turned dark was light again. Plus you know all your tile has had a really good scrubbing! He put a sealer on after the cleaning and I think it will protect this tile for a long time. I recommend this company highly band already my daughter has asked for his contact information for her floors. Nice guy and steadily working away. I came around the corner and scared him May one point because he was really focused on what he’s doing. Get all your tiles and the grout cleaned up for your house!
