Levi from Dowd heat and Air performed maintenance on my AC Units. He was very knowledgeable, great customer service. I had gotten several recommendations on this company and they definitely take care of their customer. The ladies in the office were excellent in making sure everything was right and my appointment was on time. They are excellent, thank you Dowd.

Working with Dowd was a great experience! Having a real person contact me for schedule updates/changes and text notifications that let me know when my service technician was scheduled made working with Dowd a breeze. Thank you for the great service and the high level of professionalism. Tyler was very courteous and knowledgeable, he had everything wrapped up before I could finish lunch. You can guarantee I'll call Dowd H&A next time I have HVAC issues.
