We had a fantastic experience with Breathe Easy!!! From the initial call to the completion of them cleaning our air ducts. Adrian, Joe, Riley and Adenawel were professional and courteous throughout the process. They arrived ready to start and did a great job of cleaning out the dust and debris from our ducts. We have a new home (moved in September 2024) and I couldn't believe how much dust build up was in our ducts from the construction. I can't wait to see how much this improves our air quality in our new home. I would highly recommend them if you have moved into a new build or if you have an older home.

Very professional. Both men were cordial, informative, hard working, and caring. They were careful not to scratch my newly refinished floors. I have used this company for years and not only duct cleaning but chimney cleaning as well! Great job guys!

We hired Breathe Easy to clean our vents and furnace units. During the service, their technicians cut into both of our furnace systems, including the plenum box — without any prior notice or consent. This work was later reviewed by our licensed HVAC technician, who confirmed the cuts were not necessary and could impact long-term system performance.

Other issues included lack of floor protection (which had to be requested multiple times), trash left behind, and use of a second-story window without informing us. While a supervisor came back and patched the area, there was no apology or discount offered — only a repair using mastic and duct tape. When we delayed payment to resolve the issue, the company escalated to an attorney in under a month.

We ultimately paid under duress to avoid further legal escalation, but we do not consider this matter resolved. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, and we would not feel comfortable recommending this company based on how our concerns were handled.

This is our third year using Clean Deans and each year they’ve been super easy to work with. Professional and polite technicians. Joshua is wonderful and always does a great job. Honest and up front, taking the time to explain what they’re doing and their findings and recommendations. Get on their annual call back plan and never worry about your chimney situation again.

Joshua inspected and cleaned our fireplace and chimney this week. From setting up the appointment, to communication through booking and leading up to the appointment, and throughout the service and while explaining their findings and recommendations, the whole team was great to work with. Joshua worked cleanly and quickly and did an excellent job of explaining how chimneys work and what we need to do. He took his time talking to us and was just as friendly as can be. Highly, highly recommend.

Travis and John were very cordial and got the cleaning done in a very short time. My neighbor came over and asked if they could clean his chimney and because they were running a little ahead of schedule, they took care of his chimney also. Great team.

I was expecting just a cleaning of two chimneys, but it is actually an inspection and cleaning. So worth the cost. Very friendly and exceptionally professional guys. Discovered several deficiencies and potentially hazardous things that needed to be fixed. Would highly recommend and use them again.

Travis did an excellent job repairing my fireplace box. He removed the eroded mortar and applied new brick mortar. The end results looked great! Travis explained what to expect after the mortar is fully cured.
