Lee did an amazing job helping me with my heater when my thermostat went out, and it wouldn’t ignite. He always remembers me and makes a point to ask about my life! He’s also always on time, professional but kind, and the pricing is fair and straightforward.

As first-time homeowners, we were a bit overwhelmed when we realized our new house was losing cool air. We reached out to the company, and Landon came out the very next day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered that not only was there no air filter installed—something clearly neglected by the previous owner—but the outside unit also hadn't been maintained at all. Landon took the time to clean the unit, added freon, and even gave us a filter for free. All of this was done at a very reasonable price. We really appreciate how honest, efficient, and thorough he was. Highly recommend!

I called them in the afternoon and they came the next day. I needed repair to my my wall unit heat pump . Found the problem,went for the parts ,came back and fixed it. Lee Foster was great and was very friendly . Lee also explaned things so that Icould understand .

Since he couldn’t provide the work necessary to fix our problem, he recommended another company to come and fix the problem. I was looking for a locally owned HVAC repair shop to fix my furnace and found Summit Heat and Air. They came out the day I contacted them and quickly diagnosed the issue. The part needed to fix it was unavailable due to parts stores being closed over a holiday weekend, but they were able to fix the furnace the following Monday.
