HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! Both lawn care providers (I cancelled the first one due to lack of performance) were absolutely horrible, unprofessional, did not show up on time on multiple occasions AND the last one didn’t cut my yard yet I was charged! The “customer support” refused to give me a refund and I ended up having to dispute the charges with my bank. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! You will be disappointed as it is a WASTE OF TIME and MONEY!
UPDATE:
I received a response to my review from a “Kat” who asked me to send an email so that she could fix the issue. LIES! I emailed “Kat” only to receive a message from “Francis” that I still would NOT receive a REFUND! Interestingly enough, in reading the other reviews, a refund WAS issued to another dissatisfied customer! So, why is that LawnStarter? Do you only offer refunds to people who are NOT persons of color?? In ALL of the communication I received, I was told that refunds are against company policy!Well, I will continue to share that not only does your company offer POOR SERVICE but you also participate in racially bias business practices! Your business will NOT flourish by treating people this way! You should be utterly ashamed of yourselves!

Was found driving by the house, did not even stop, and did not service the lawn. We had been waiting all morning for the service, and they claimed they would not because our dog in the backyard. They did not even stop at the house. We had waited all morning for someone to stop by and we would have been MORE than happy to quickly and nicely put the dog inside. That was the plan all along. They didn't even knock or stop.
