I got OFS as a referral from a few existing clients in our neighborhood. They excel in their landscaping knowledge and suggestions. But where they fall short is:
1. No one answers a call for becoming a new customer.
2. Calling back or emailing a quote on a reasonable time frame.
I know it’s busy season, and we may not have a huge budget for their services ($10-15k), but we have been trying to lock down something and it’s been over six weeks in the making. Just not a fuzzy feeling that they will perform as expected when they aren’t seemingly wanting our business. Hope you have better luck! -
