I have used Greenleaf for several years for fertilization and weed control. I've received so many compliments from my neighbors on how great my lawn looks. Tried to DIY it for years with no luck. Greenleaf was the best call I ever made!

I had high hopes for this company. Even though their monthly quote of $673 was more expensive than the other quote I received, which would have also included a few additional services, I decided to give them a shot because they seemed like nice people and were more responsive to messages than their competitor. What a terrible mistake it was to sign up for their services! My backyard used to look like a golf course resort. The grass was beatiful and green; the trees were lovely. Last August, their team took it upon themselves to use a hedge trimmer on my weeping willow trees to make it easier for them to mow under the trees. When I got home, what used to be gorgeous and healthy weeping willow trees looked pitiful! Since then, one of the trees had died. They assured me that the trees would be ok, yet I now have to pay $1,200 to remove one tree and prune the other in hopes to, at least, save one of them, as it's not looking too good nearly a year later. Their crew would constantly get stuck in the back and rip out the grass. Their excuse was that our grass in the back is always wet. Well, what do you expect when you show up the day after it poured outside? They were very well aware that our yard retains water for a few days after it rains, yet they seemed to consistently stop by the day after it rained and then blame our yard for being always wet. I'm attaching photos of how our backyard looked before we hired Greenleaf and after to let you be the judge. I'm also attaching a screenshot of the "owner's" email to me from yesterday. When they ripped out the grass yet again two days ago, I contacted their office with pictures, to which I got a highly unprofessional response from the "owner." In 17 months, Greenleaf Lawn managed to successfully destroy our yard, yet daring to point out their mistakes seemed to have angered the "owner." Save your money and find somebody else. I have given this company countless chances, but I now feel like I had wasted so much time, energy, and money (over $11k) on a company that shouldn't be in business because the "owner" is utterly unprofessional and chooses to attack the customer instead of owning up to their team's mistakes and offering a solution. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
EDIT: The upload of the pictures is delayed a bit, so I wanted to include the "owner's" email below. If you'd like to see the pictures right away, please go to their Facebook page. I was able to attach seven pictures to my review successfully on Facebook. Here's the e-mail that I received yesterday:

Your lawn is always wet. If we skip it you are unhappy that the grass is tall. When we mow it the wet soft areas may incur some lines but the grass is not ruined or damaged. The crew does their best to provide outstanding service and work with the conditions of your lawn. As our service is not satisfactory to your standards, we feel it is best to terminate the contract effective immediately. A check will be issued for any credit balance on the account.

    Respectfully,
    Jamie Nix
    Owner

Not a Yard Guy, But Apparently That’s Frowned Upon.

Look, I’m not a "yard guy." Never have been. My philosophy was always: if it’s green and it grows, leave it be — especially if it has cute little flowers on top. Dandelions? Nature’s confetti. Crabgrass? Ground cover, baby. But apparently, the HOA disagrees... loudly.

Two of my neighbors, bless their overachieving hearts, have been banned from winning Yard of the Month because they’ve won too many times. So naturally, my yard became the neighborhood eyesore — the sympathy project. You know it’s bad when even squirrels start avoiding your lawn.

    Enter Greenleaf Lawn LLC.

These folks rolled in like the Avengers of landscaping. One week later, my lawn was so clean-cut and fresh, the mailman slowed down just to admire the edging. Even the judgmental lady with the binoculars on the HOA board smiled at me — with teeth. I barely recognized her.

Anyway, thanks to Greenleaf, my yard no longer looks like a scene from a National Geographic documentary on suburban wilderness. I still don’t know what half the stuff in my flowerbeds is called, but now I nod and smile like I do. And honestly, I think one of my retired neighbors is mad I’m finally a contender.

Highly recommend. Unless you're my neighbor. Then I say skip 'em — my reign ain't over.

    Peace,

First time i ever had christmas lights installed. i called green leaf she sent me an estimation the wording said roof line I assumed lights would be around the entire home. the lights were installed. i notced the lights were only on the front and one side of the house. not on back or other side i tried to call greenleaf the voice mail said they were closed for holiday season. voice mail should have given specific dates of closure to avoid confusion. I was originally told I would recieve service if there was a maintenance issue yet when i called about lignts not being installed around the entire home (a service that i thought i paid for) . My call was not returned. I recieved a text message after leaving a message to tell them i was about to dispute the charge on my card since service was not fully provided. after speaking to a personal friend I was told I recieved what i paid for she said the verbage can be confusing to someone who is not familiar and it should have been fully explained by them. I left them a message explaining my disappointment in the business practices i stated I would not be disputing the charge but ai would also not be doing business with them in the future and please respond in writing confirming that my credit card information has been discarded and will not be charged in the future.

I recieved a call from someone at greenleaf who gave me a performative apology. an apology is only as good as tbe action that follows. No real attempt to make it right after ignoring my calls.just how they plan to make a change in the future.. im a 55 year old uneducated woman and im smart enough to know you dont conduct business like that and if u make a mistake you make it right. "im sorry we are gonna credit you card 25.00 would have sufficed but wasting my time with performance? yet still no email confirmation that my card will not be charged next year. I planned to have them do this every year Thanks but no thanks....

Nathan and his team transformed our yard from dull to fantastic. Several of our neighbors gave us compliments on how great it looks. Very pleased.

The best part of my new landscape was upgrading from builder blah to a deep breath every time I pulled into my driveway. Turn Around designed the landscape to flow naturally instead of rectangular blocks. The yard became a beautiful place that was worth the investment .

Nathan seems to love what he does and is very knowledgeable. He's a very nice guy and so is his crew. I'm very happy with the work he did for me. He designed it himself and it came out beautiful. I can't wait for spring to see it all in bloom

Nathan has been beautifying our homes for more than 15 years. Always exceeded our expectations. In all cases, when we sold our homes, the work he did was always a big reason they sold so quick. We will continue to use him for all our needs and wants! Give him a try you will be very happy.

Excellent quality and service. Very professional, efficient, and prompt from the initial estimate to the finished product. Nathan and his crew are a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and talented, and we will definitely do business with them again. They transformed our front yard landscaping from boring, cookie cutter into Southern Living magazine- worthy in just 2 short days.

Nathan is the best. He's been at this a long time and knows this stuff in and out. He's a great communicator about a project. He was a great listener. I had some ideas, but in most cases I deferred to his judgment and I loved how we worked together. It was very important to him that I was happy with what we settled on, he puts the customer first. And he answered all my questions with patience and extensive knowledge. Very easy to talk to. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I hired TurnAround Co to install a drainage system in my backyard. Nathan and his crew were professional, courteous, and took care to minimize damage to the yard by using tarps and plywood while digging the trench. Once the work was completed, they laid sod over the bare areas, which helped restore the space nicely. I was very happy with the experience and would do business with them again!

18 years ago we had grass and a gas meter in our back yard. Nathan designed beautiful deep gardens down the back of our house, curving out from two corners in our back yard, and across the front of our house.
They also installed a sandstone patio.
All the plants selected were appropriate for our growing zone, and arrived healthy. The garden design was thoughtfully planned considering different heights, textures and colors of the plants to make a pleasing composition.
The installation was performed professionally. The beds were prepared and amended. We were very pleased.
We are happily working with Nathan again now to refresh some of our bushes as they have grown old.
    We would recommend this business.

We had severe flooding in our walkout basement. Nathan came out and did a detailed drainage assessment and plan - 6" inches of rain in the last couple of days and NO LEAKS! Very happy with our French drain install. He and his staff are very professional, and rates are reasonable for the quality of work they do. Work and customer service exceeded expectations. We will be calling him for additional landscaping work!!

Nate at Turn Around Co has been helping me with my yard for 3 years now. He is always very punctual and professional. He ensures that everything is meticulously planned and makes sure that I am always happy with what he has planned! Nate’s vision for my yard has transformed it into a beautiful space! His work is amazing and I will continue to call him for all of my landscaping needs.

Ah! Nathan, the miracle worker! He took a huge, barren country back yard and turned it into a Garden of Eden! His creativity and artistry are true gifts to this area. We loved the results so much that we are having him do another property.

Nathan and his team did a great job with our back yard. They took down a very old retaining wall and made the yard slope down into the woods. They laid new sod and created 2 really nice rock flower beds in the corners. The view from our back porch is incredible. This is so much better. THANK YOU
