After finding my first rental home keeping up with my yard started becoming very difficult with working full time and being a full-time student. Chase's Lawn and Landscape has done a fantastic job at keeping my yard looking great. Their communication is unmatched (unlike other places i've tried) and I never have to worry about things being done correctly.

Chase and his crew are very good at what they do. They mowed perfect lines and edged perfectly. What was very nice is that swept up all the loose grass and bagged it and blew everything off where my lawn looks like a golf course. If you need anything to do with lawn and landscape these guys are the best!

When we decided to gets bids on our other properties he was the first one I called. Chase monitors his crews and makes sure that our expectations are met. Great service. Me.O’shea not only answered every call I had and every question, he did it with a great attitude. He personally inspects and even helps out on jobs and his crew. We had a landscape deal that was well priced and a large job. He showed up at my house serval times over a weeks span just to check in with me and answer any questions I had in person. I will now also be using him for his lawn care service too. Great people who work there and a very in touch boss!

My lights were put up within days of my order. They showed up at the time they were supposed to. Great customer service as well.

Very consistent! I had my yard mowed weekly was always here to mow every Friday.I have had flowers planted multiple times new landscape design done in my front and back yard very good work couldn’t be happier with there services. Chase's lawn and landscape is great! My yard was very over grown I had to have him and his crew come out to clean it up. They did so well and even took out a. Tree that was trying to grow on the side of my house. It was all done in a timely fashion, I highly recommend this landscape business. The owner is a great guy nice and respectful as well.

Our backyard was very bumpy - with lots of "ankle-twister" spots that I would hit when I would mow. The zoysia that had been there for years was very problematic in the winter. Chase Lawn & Landscape regraded our entire backyard and installed bermuda sod. It looks amazing and is so much easier to care for, plus no more twisted ankles! They did a great job with quality work and communication, and the entire crew was friendly and punctual. Wonderful company to work with for your landscape projects!

They take care of our parking lots and sidewalks to remove snow and pretreat for ice. They do a great job and even contacted me this year to make sure we wanted on this years list. Thank you. I thought we were only getting a little snow and it turned out to be 6 inches, so glad they were on the job. I even had Tennants call and thank me for the great job. We definitely recommend Chase and his company.

These guys did some excellent work at my home in Tulsa. Designed and installed my irrigation system and it works really well. Had them do my bed installs as well and it looks beautiful! Highly recommend!

Chase L&L did an excellent job on our yard maintenance, landscaping, and even designed and built our retaining wall. We are super happy with their services. The workers were kind and courteous.

We hired Chase and his team for grading and sod installation on our property. Chase was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and communicated with me every step of the way. The job was done on time and the entire team was respectful and courteous. Would definitely recommend them for all your lawn and landscaping needs!

EDIT: In the business's response, they only address why the guy was running behind, which again I wasn't too concerned with originally (i.e., its not a big deal). They then point how how I said they were likely running behind from mowing and that they do more than that. I'm not an idiot. I know there's a business to run and other things they do. I just felt there was no need for me to list out ALL the services they do, such I put "mowing and SUCH" to include all the other stuff. They then claim that I didn't seem interested, which is completely wrong. Literally, the lady I spoke with I specifically said I wanted the full services, not just someone to mow. She said that was perfect. Then the guy came over for the quote and I said up to this point in time, I've just been using lawn maintenance companies that do like fertilizing, weed control, etc. and that I've been mowing my own lawn. I then said, VERY CLEARLY, that I wanted the full package. I even asked them about dethatching and aeration, if that was included. Why would I ask for all that if I only expected them to mow. They then talk about it being a communication issue, which I disagree with because I was very clear in my request. Also, as a side note, I was a Director of Communications for 5 years for the state, and a Public Affairs officer in the Army for nearly 7, so don't try to blame the communication issue on me. Lastly, if you "felt I wasn't interested", that's no excuse to just ghost me or ignore me for weeks, especially when I'm trying to reach out to you on multiple occasions. If I wasn't interested, I wouldn't keep trying to reach you.

ORIGINAL: Called 9/6 and spoke with a Kristal (who was nice and friendly) about getting a quote for service/maintenance on my lawn. Scheduled an appt. for someone to come by 9/12 at 3:15pm. I had a hard 4pm cut off though. The guy (Chase) didn't show up until 3:54pm, which I just assumed he was running behind from a previous job because I know you can't be perfectly down to the minute on mowing yards and such. However, he was dressed in nice clothes just "running errands and time got away." I wasn't too happy about that, but I just shrugged it off. I understand sometimes things just happen. He said he's have the quote to me that evening or the next day at the latest. 10 Days passed by and I heard nothing. So I texted them on 9/23 and asked about the quote, in which Kristal said she'd "let Dakota know". It is now 10/6 and no word from them. So, I'm giving up and would rather not do business with someone who can't show up on time (or at least have a legitimate excuse), and how repeatedly fails to answer calls/texts and get back with you about what they promise.

We had a great experience with Chase Lawn and Landscape. They made the beds in our front yard look awesome! They were easy to work with and were responsive when we had questions about care after the work was complete. We have gotten so many compliments on what they did.
