I worked with Tisha, a Service Dispatcher, and she was fantastic. She got someone out to diagnose and fix my machine very quickly. The techs were professional and were able to fix our machine. I had called many companies prior to calling McInstosh, and they made the process easy and had wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!

Anytime I’ve had issues with our AC Wright has been there quickly, one time on a holiday weekend the owner personally came out and got us back up and running. You don’t forget service like that!!!

The sales rep quoted me a price that was so great you couldn't beat it with a stick, even if I showed you how. The tech's came out out and got me taken care of and I was super impressed with how professional this company is. The technician was very courteous when providing me an quote. My interaction with him was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, came when they said they would and explained everything to me.
