Previously posted: Work was done satisfactorily and the room was left clean. Two stars for poor customer service. I have left four messages to get an invoice for the work which was paid by check.

Brock was paid up front to complete a number of things in our home. He completed a portion of the items, and it was quality work. Unfortunately he stopped answering our phone calls and never completed the work that was paid for. Eventually he responded and acted like he didn’t know who we were. We had to file a dispute with our bank to recover $600 that Brock took from us. If you’re looking for a good plumber, I would recommend you find one with more integrity.

sergio & Sons Plumbing is a top-notch service. they're the only plumbers I reached out to who were able to provide me with a price range for unclogging a toilet, unlike other plumbers in Tulsa who insisted on giving on-site estimates without a quoted price range. Russell and Joe showed up promptly and sorted out the plumbing problem within half an hour. I was charged $138, and it was money well spent.

I have used Colton & Sons Plumbing for a number of water leak problems over the years - a couple serious. You can not find a more responsive, professional company, including his recommendation for water damage restoration services. Plumbing issues mean a mess has happened. The compassion and kindness combined with the professional, careful explanations from all of the experienced plumbers they send out, is an important factor for me as a widow without someone at house to fix things. If you need help - call them. Donald, the owner will take care of you at a fair price. I can't recommend this company enough.

I made a call around midday and the very helpful Joe managed to fit me into their schedule due to a fortuitous cancellation. Russell arrived early in the afternoon and resolved my issue without a hitch. He even discovered a few additional problems lurking beneath the surface, and they're scheduled to return and rectify those issues properly. I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received today from Sergio & Sons Plumbing - I'm generally hard to please, often believing I could do a better job myself. my home warranty company teamed up with a reputable plumbing service for the replacement of our water heater. damon and arthur were absolute joys to deal with, always going above and beyond for us! there was a slight hiccup with the plumbing supply company that was providing the water heater, as our order somehow got overlooked. however, the plumbing service was exceptional in resolving the issue promptly. joe, the plumber, was always on time, friendly, and highly professional. he effortlessly managed the complex task of installing our gas power vent water heater, truly showing his expertise. i wouldn't think twice about choosing this plumbing service again. if there are any delays, remember it's likely due to the home warranty company or the external plumbing supplier. a big thanks to the plumbing service for guiding us smoothly through the process.

I reached out to Sergio & Sons Plumbing to deal with a blockage in my kitchen sink. They informed me they would be able to make it between 10 -11 am. However, they gave me a call at around 8:45 to let me know they were en route and arrived by 9:00. Russell was able to efficiently unclog the entire line, which extended over 70 feet, and even replace the garbage disposal unit that had been damaged when I attempted the repair myself. He was incredibly well-informed and polite, finishing the job in a very reasonable timeframe. I would strongly endorse Sergio & Sons Plumbing for their speedy, professional service.

They called me immediately after they were done and assured me they'd be right over, and true to their word, they arrived promptly. Taylor and Manuel quickly resolved the plumbing issue I was facing. We purchased a 50-gallon water heater, an expansion tank, necessary permits, a 9-year warranty, and had a valve replacement, all at a reasonable price of $2k. The work took a few hours, which was acceptable. A small suggestion for future projects would be to send an assistant along with the plumber, especially when handling large appliances. In this case, I ended up helping Russell carry the heavy appliances up and down the basement stairs. Typically, moving such large items is a two-person job. Nonetheless, we appreciate the excellent job done.

we recently bought a home and are new to tulsa. sergio & sons plumbing was recommended by the person who did our home inspection. we have used them once and will definitely use them again. we are very happy with the service. damon, who scheduled the repair, was excellent. i was pretty stressed since a few things were going wrong at once, and we also had some phone trouble. damon was very understanding and helpful. we needed to get the cartridge in our shower faucet replaced. the repair was finished on time and the price was fair. the plumber was friendly, tidy, and worked quickly. it was a simple job, but i will call again if we have any more plumbing issues. i recommend.

i've called on local plumbers in tulsa for different jobs before, and have always been happy with the work and professionalism that arthur provides. recently, i had an urgent plumbing problem over a holiday weekend with some old shower faucet valves that were stripped and wouldn't shut off, so i had to turn off water to the whole house until it could get fixed. my home is from the late seventies and still had the original plumbing fixtures, so i was worried the wall might need to be torn open for repairs. arthur showed up quickly on sunday, even though it was a holiday, and replaced both shower valves fast, so the shower worked and i could turn the water on and off again like normal. i thought the price would be really high since it was an emergency on a holiday, but it was actually very fair and reasonable. i definitely recommend arthur for any plumbing work you need done.

I purchased a brand new cast iron kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal from a local store. Upon my request, the store arranged for one of their reliable plumbing services to install everything once the items arrived. I received a call to schedule the installation within a day or so. On the day of the appointment, Manuel and Taylor contacted me to inform me of their arrival time, and they were even a bit early. Upon inspection of the existing sink, Manuel noticed potential complications. When he and Taylor evaluated the new sink, faucet, and disposal (which were much heavier and deeper than the previous ones), they found a discrepancy between the locations of the current drains and pipes and the specifications of the new fixtures. Manuel suggested that a rebuild of the area beneath the sink might be necessary, which might require another visit and potentially extra costs. However, instead of surrendering to the challenges, Manuel and Taylor removed the old sink, faucet, and disposal and were determined to complete the task. They had the necessary materials in their truck, and Manuel meticulously rebuilt the under-sink system. After overcoming a few more significant hurdles, they successfully installed the new sink, faucet, and disposal, and everything was operating smoothly. They did not need to return for a second visit, and despite my offer to pay extra, there were no additional charges beyond what I had already paid at the store. They also took care of removing all the old fixtures and tidying up afterwards. I was thoroughly satisfied with their work and would highly recommend the plumbing service and Manuel and Taylor without any hesitation. They provided excellent service in Tulsa.
