Walked in the store and it looked like a messy flea market. The employees acted as if they did not want to be bothered. I felt as if I did not even exist, as no one was interested in helping me. I asked for help finding an item and the employee just pointed and said, " Over there, in one of those two isles".
There were pipes laying on the floor just waiting for someone to step on one and fall, ending in a law suit. Was in there for about 2 minutes and had to get out. One of the messiest stores I have ever been in. This store really needs an overhaul!!!

Poor service. Unfriendly. They sold us the wrong part. We went back 20 minutes later. O apology for the wrong part. They could not process a simple refund. We were told to come back 48 hours later if no refund hit the bank. We will not be back.

Went in yesterday bright and early looking for a repair clamp. I showed the lady a picture and she knew right where to find it and was very kind. The part worked great.

Great whole place to get all your plumbing needs electrical wire and hvac stuff

We've had Premier work a few jobs for us. He's very good and gets to the problem immediately. Does a nice job. Highly recommend this company.

From the receptionist to the plumbers that were sent out, this company went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating of my time and the needs of our home. MIcah was very knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be made. He made an initial estimate on what the job would cost and then stuck with it. Allied Plumbing demonstrated excellent customer service, great prices, integrity, and a strong work ethic. It will always be my go-to plumber from now on.

Went in for an uncommon shower valve stem part that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Brian immediately recognized it and got me the right part. I ran into more issues and he was very helpful over the phone to diagnose the issues. Superb customer service!

I have American Home Shield, I put in a claim for our upstairs not blowing air at all. They sent out AMP mechanical and the tech was there for 3 minutes and said it was improper installed ducting said he couldn’t fix it and left. I called AHS a day later and asked for another company to check it out, they let me pick and I chose Allied. I got a a call in 5 minutes and then Tom showed up in 15 minutes. He actually looked everything over showed me what was going on, very polite and professional, he reported the issue to the home warranty and they covered the ducting fix. He had it done within 2 hours and there’s air upstairs now. I can see why this company has such great reviews.

We had a drainage issue at our house last Wednesday, and after consulting with an American Home Shield approved plumbing vendor (who seemed less than enthused to help us out), we contacted Allied to get a second opinion. Their plumbing techs arrived in an hour, and showed us that the city sewer line (which has a manhole cover in our backyard) was backed up. Allied contacted the city, who then came out and took care of the drainage issue for us. They were very polite, had a great attitude, and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Seth was excellent! He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to all my concerns and provided a solution to all of them without suggesting more work be done than was necessary. I’m glad I called Allied again and appreciate the work they do very well.

I've used Allied before, but it has been some time. They have a new location down the street from the other and it's much nicer. Anyway fantastic job was don by the plumber. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Al

Been using Allied for the last year or so for several different issues. They give you the price to repair up front which is nice. I have had them do work on a couple faucet's and they really got to our house within 2 hours when our hot water tank went out. All the tech's have courteous and professional and the work done has been first rate.

Jerome T. and Ernie Williams were professional, fast, and told us best and worst case scenario on our outdoor leak. It ended up being a simple fix and they were so knowledgeable and helpful.

These guys are great! We had two toilets out of service at the office & they were able to have people on the ground the morning of the call. The plumbers were clean & professional & got the job done quickly. I would definitely use Allied again personally & professionally. Thanks again.

7/7/14: I called at 8 AM Monday morning and they had Ryan Headrick out by 9:30. He quickly found the problem, provided me with a solution and gave me the exact cost up front before any work was done. Not only that, he showed me the problem on the part he replaced and it was exactly like he had thought.

Allied Plumbing also saved my parents from extremely painful ordeal when one plumber told them a line had burst and had to be replaced, in the middle of their living room, through the foundation. After they called Allied Plumbing they came out and were able to fix the clog in the pipe without tearing anything up.

If you need a plumber in Tulsa. Do yourself a favor and go with Allied Plumbing. You won't be disappointed.

Update 2/24/15: Today my disposal decided to not want to cooperate and my bathtub was coughing up bright orange water like everyones favorite family member that had one too many mimosas at brunch. Having had great service last time I decided to call Allied Plumbing again to make sure I got what I asked for. Tommy and Ryan came out today, again quickly diagnosed my problem. Gave me a price upfront before anything and then quickly got to work.

Before I knew it I had a new disposal and a bathtub that is once again spewing water instead of this mornings breakfast-lunch. Since it was easier than they were expecting they even cut a decent cost off the project.

Once again I had a great experience and know who I'll call at the first sign of trouble.

Explained the process and how to fix our plumbing problem and quickly fixed the issue. Would recommend Allied Plumbing to friends and family.

We sprang a leak in our laundry room during the Arctic plunge of 2021 so we had to shut off the water to our house. I knew plumbers would be booked up and they were. I called several places and got on the list of a couple one of which was Allied. When I first called Allied I spoke with a Lady that was extremely helpful, she gave me more than one tip to help avoid this same problem in the future and assured me they would call if they had any cancelations which they did. They came out on a Saturday and due to the weather they didn't charge extra for the Saturday visit! They worked quickly and efficiently to fix our problem and checked to make sure there weren't any other leaks before they left. Great experience working with them!

I have never written a review for a company, but I have never been so impressed with one either. I have only wonderful things to say about Allied Plumbing. Their technicians are polite, respectful, professional gentleman. They work hard and are very good at their jobs. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the near future. My plumbers were excellent! They demonstrated the highest integrity and professionalism in how they conducted my case. My situation involved multiple layers of analysis and trips to my home. They were quick and consistent in letting me know how things were developing throughout the crisis. When they saw that a city pole might be blocking my sewage, they contacted the city immediately. Once the city served their pole, my problem went away. I got the report from the plumbers and the front office in a timely manner. Because of their honesty and integrity, my bill was greatly reduced. This meant a lot to me since my plumbing problems went on from Christmas until right after the New Year. They fixed my issue by removing huge clusters of tree roots; then, a week later, a handy man accidentally clogged my pipes again. They came out and quickly resolved that issue in a timely manner with as little expense as possible. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot say enough about the treatment I received. Please let my plumbers know about my continued gratitude; and, yes, I will recommend Allied to everyone I know.

Won't use this place again. I had an old faucet I didn't know how to fix but it was dripping a lot. So they come and before even working on it they tell me $190. I didn't know any better and thought it might be more involved so agreed. Turns out it was only 15 minutes of work and they just replaced a 5 cent rubber gasket, it did improve the leak but did not stop it completely. To me it's a ripoff to charge $190 for a simple remove and put back together in 15 minutes.

Yes I know you are paying for the expertise, and I did receive it but I feel it was still a price gouge for what was done. For the record this was work done in 2015 I was going through records today and remembered I wanted to write a review, so it's possible they have improved since then but unlikely based on other reviews I read today. If I have a plumbing issue again that I don't know how to do I will find a new company or individual with fair pricing.

No your looking at the wrong call I didn't have all that work done, but for that person for all that to be done that sounds very reasonable. I understand you would have rather me have contacted you then, but I don't like calling places, it's a hassle. And at the time of service I at least did get an improvement of the leak, but as it didn't last even 6 months I was more frustrated with it later on. And I've personally done the fix they've done since then, it's quite easy once you know how to do it, but still doesn't last unfortunately.
