Technician spread 50lbs of Lime all over the top of what amounted to 20 trash bags of Bold Cypress limbs. Not sure how that is going to help the grass.

My yard was in bad shape and should have received the type of care that Fairway Lawns provides much earlier in the process. But Fairway has made every effort to restore my grass in spite of the obstacles from neglect. Thanks to Fairway my yard is looking much better now. I had a big problem with grubs so they have now treated my yard to get rid of that problem also. I am very grateful to have Fairway's lawn services!

If I could do a zero star review I would. These negative reviews are spot on for this company. After a year of their service half of my yard is dead. I had a service d cd cancelled due to the tech “running out of product”. I had called about weeds coming up in the yard. They said they would return. Two weeks later they finally made it back and the tech pulled up at 11:13 and was gone at 11:27. He ran the fertilizer spreader over half the lawn stuck the sign in the ground and left. I thought they just forgot to spray the weed. Then I got the detailed report. The tech stated that he had sprayed the weeds in the yard yet he never took a sprayer off the truck or unrolled a hose. Yet he did leave massive amounts of fertilizer where he unloaded the spreader, so I don’t have to guess what has killed my grass there anymore. This place is a scam. Stay away.

Update: they will respond to the review so I called and sat on hold for 20 minutes without contact. Not worth the time. I have I have video recording if you’re interested. My yard is exceptionally worse after a year of your service, if they had to replace all the grass they’d killed they might actually take pride in their work

I am editing this review from 1 star to 5 star. They contacted me and addressed my concerns and issues. They made everything right and has been great. Will continue to work with Fairway lawns. Been a customer with them for over 13 years. Thanks everyone!

Four different people from Fairway have treated this yard in one year. Almost half of my front yard (Zoysia grass) is now dead. Yard has been improperly treated and now it's dirt. When I called to cancel, nobody cared. Just another 'one size fits all' lawn service. If you love your lawn, steer clear!

Follow up: Supervisor called 2 weeks ago & agreed that Fairway had treated the lawn improperly, causing it to die. Said they'd send a refund check for last treatment (a drop in the bucket vs. the cost of fixing their mistake). Still no check.

Follow up #2: received our refund check for one treatment. Our grass is still dead and yard looks terrible

Everyone we’ve talked to at Fairway Lawns has been very professional both in person and on the phone. Customer service is wonderful! Even after just one application our yard is looking so much better. They take time to talk to us when they arrive and answer any questions we have. We highly recommend Fairway Lawns of Tulsa.

I have been a customer of Fairway Lawns Tulsa since early 2017 and my lawn looks great and I regularly hear compliments from my neighbors. However last week I had several scheduled treatments on my yard and while I was here and saw what was being applied, I wasn't convinced that everything I was billed for was actually applied. Rather than leave a bad review on here or other sites, I reached out to Fairway directly to confirm if what I saw applied was actually what I was billed for.

I heard back from Fairway in less than 24 hours and the promised to come out on Monday to re-apply the application I had concerns about. There was no arguing or defending the applications, just a promise to re-apply, which they did first thing this morning (along with additional review and treatment of any lingering weeds). I have always recommended these folks and continue to do so!

I'm usually not home for these applications, but this time was able to watch. I actually interrupted Technician Blake to ask a couple of questions. He was curteous and took the time to thoroughy address my concerns. Great job!

For the past 5 years I’ve been using this company to maintenance my back and front yard and I’m satisfied with the quality of service that they provide. I will continue to work with them and I recommend them highly.

Fairway Lawns of Tulsa is the only lawn service that I’ve used during consecutive years. I’m getting ready to start my third year of service with them. They listen to me and they make sure that I understand what and why they the things that they do. Blake’s the best to work with.

The issue with fairway lawns, is that they are too big a company and as such you will get lost in the mix. I signed up for a promotion 29.99 for first service. They sent me a message that my house had been serviced when in fact it had not. I had to call about 5 times throughout 2 weeks to get them to actually show up. The technician then said he had sprayed the wrong house. Weeds reemerged 4 weeks later. Then I was told I wasn’t due for service. Cancelled my account but they still had to charge me for another month. Paid 3 months for them to come out 2x. Do yourself a favor and find a small local company. I will never work with fairway again.

I do not recommend this company. My lawn was healthy before switching to Fairway, but now it’s full of weeds and burned patches. Every time I called for a spot treatment, they counted it as the next service and charged me, without solving the problem. When I reached out, no one seemed to care. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I have no idea how it went, no message about when they would show up so I could make sure my dog was inside. no idea what was done since no paperwork was left. the only sign you were there was a company sign left in my yard.

Been using this company for over a year. Very happy with our yard. Today, Tim Wilson came and he was so polite.

Fairway is significantly more expensive than other lawn services. We hired them with the understanding that they could control Poa Anua and Nut grass. We also paid extra for insect control, especially ants. None of those objectives were achieved. We also noticed that our grass was not as green as our neighbors' grass, which was unusual compared to previous years using other Services. When I hand pulled the Poa Annua they tried to sell me grub worm control, pointing out the places where I had pulled the weeds they did not control. They’re always trying to upsell you to other services. Furthermore, we still have a significant ant problem, which their treatment treatments seem to do little to control. I have done better using products myself for a lot less money. They say they treat the yard and invoice for it but fail to come out , state they have when you call, then say, "Oh, it's scheduled ____". We see where there are distinct application errors, i.e., patches where weeds abound in the middle of the yard at various places and along the borders and sidewalks where they failed to spread or stopped and started elsewhere. It is quite obvious. When I kept complaining about the nut grass, they failed to control, In late August they treated my yard and killed the grass, BROWN. I checked the spots, large spots, that were turned brown, and there was no nut grass in them. There were trails through the green grass where they had left the nozzle flowing. But really the whole yard looks sick. When I hired a new service to come out, they said that there is nothing they can do for this year, but they will start putting the winter fertilizer on and pre-emergence for a new season. Stay away from fairway lawn.

Fairway Lawns of Tulsa has provided services for our lawn for several years. They are always on time with the lawn treatment and provide great service.

A sign was not left in my yard and we never saw the yard technician so we were not sure if our yard had been treated. So I called Fairway and they sent out Keith. He was very nice and understanding of the situation. He treated our yard at no extra charge. Our neighbor and our son uses Fairway also and I always notice how good their yards look- thick, green, and healthy. I just need for the tech to always leave a sign!

They’ve done a great job getting my yard where it needed to be after years of just mowing. They give suggestions that have been helpful throughout this process. I’m very happy with the outcome. You can see in my pictures where I started with very little Bermuda and tons of weeds and where the growing season ended with tons of Bermuda and little to no weeds. It’s super convenient that they do everything for you and have the knowledge to treat your weeds correctly and you don’t have to do anything.
