Michael did a fantastic job of double checking the prior work before doing our maintenance. Was courteous and friendly. Asked if there were anymore issues and I even signed up for the next maintenance!

Thus is the only company you should ever choose for your heating and cooling issues! The customer service is great. The first time we called they sent a tech right out. No other company could. Last month our HVAC system bit the dust. Danny Hamilton, the owner, came out and helped my sister and I pick out the most effective and cost effective units on the market. They provided many options and helped us get financing as we had to replace the whole system and two units. It was a great experience and our new system is amazing. So happy we found this company last year!!! Will continue to recommend them to everyone!!! Thanks Danny and company!!!

Fantastic people!! We have technician Sky come and fix the issues. He is absolutely professional and knowledgeable. The job is very well done and they charge a fair price.

I called and Hamilton sent out Sky to service our AC. He did A LOT of extra work that he had to undo as costs spilt over to justify kicking in home warranty. He explained everything so I would understand it easily and advised what was best for me. Tha KS, Hamilton!

We are very thankful that we contacted Hendricks to check out a problem that my son had in his second bathroom in his house. Ashton came in and listen to the problem as the none experts knew it ( my husband and son) and he fixed it, and stayed until he knew the problem was completely taking care of. I have used Hamilton Heat And Air for many years both to install AC and heating units as well as for maintenance. Great people, very honest and they do great work. I recommend them without reservation and can tell you that when you call them out they’re very thorough and we’ll do things right.

On the day to day service they are great. But when it comes to installing a new unit and it has issues, all of a sudden they aren't available.
We have told Hamleton since the first week of installing our new AC/Furnace that our humidity is high (60-80%) humidity. The only way we got it down was by buying a dehumidifier. Our house isnt cooling like it should.
Allen, the manager, told us to get a second opinion and have our ducts looked at and we did. Second opinion showed house isnt cooling properly and ducts were great, no water. I think he was certain there was going to be water in the ducts because he wont do anything at all to help after we did what he asked.
We had to keep asking for help just for him to send someone out a third time. The first two times the techs told us it's such a new system and hasn't been out long enough that they only knew to turn down the fan speed. The second tech even told me he would call Trane himself if he had to come back out to see if they could help. (He is no longer with them we are told)
The techs that are sent out even agree with us that it's not cooling properly, that it doesn't feel cool like their equipment shows and they agree that it feels humid. We are getting 4-6 qts of water a day from the dehumidifier. That's not ok. The 2nd opinions equipment, our thermostat and the dehumidifier all show its humid and home is not cooling properly. Not to mention we feel it and sometimes the carpets get damp.
Allen claims his guys never agreed with us even though they 100% did.
Not once has Allen offered any solution to help. He has not even offered to come out and assess the issue himself. He copies and pastes the exact same responce which is "The equipment is operating as it should. "I have performed above and beyond my due diligence. We have a been out there three times, at no cost. Any additional measures or trips to your home we will billed."
Allen told us he was going to use our 1 free maintenance, for the third tech to come out.

He has made us fight like crazy for any help at all after the first two techs which they weren't able to do much and even admitted to it to us as stated above.

Allen has been nothing but rude to us since day one of talking to him and over talks us and hangs up on us almost everytime. We aren't talking to him with disrespect, not yelling or raising our voice. Only asking that he help us since this seems to be an issue with the system.
We've lived in this house for 15 years and have never had this problem before when the Ac is on and running properly. We even asked Allen why he was treating us this way and he ignored the question 3 times.
We are supposed to be covered 1 year labor and 10 years parts. Allen keeps trying to charge us. He even told me before that not only will he charge us full price hourly, but that it could take hours. Almost as if to try and intimidate us.
It really sucks cause we are sitting at 60% humidity right now and that's higher than outside.

We asked Danny the owner for help and he tells us to talk to Allen even after we tell him the issues we have with Allen. Now they wont even respond. Danny hangs up and Allen ignores us. I don't understand how we are supposed to except this and deal with it when we paid so much for the equipment and instal.

After calling a couple of HVAC companies that were hard to deal with I'm glad I called Hamilton heat and air. They were very polite and transparent about fees on the phone and very quick and efficient at trouble shooting. Their price quote was cheaper than others and they came and got it done the day I called. Very skilled and professional!

Our A/C went out over the weekend. Called dispatch Sunday evening and they were out the next day. Sky was amazing, very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get us back up and running. He even went over some basic cleaning and maintenance with us to do to keep us healthy and or unit in good shape. 100% recommend Sky!

Amazing job done by our HVAC technician, Sky. He was incredibly personable, very detail oriented, and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked our system and was able to explain things to me in a very friendly and respectful way. The professionalism is unmatched from other companies I’ve dealt with.
