We recently used this company to remove some trees from our daughter’s yard. Very disappointing and upsetting experience!!
After the initial visit and picking out the trees that needed to be removed , on the day of the removal they removed a 100 years old beautiful tree from the front yard instead of the dead one! Then in the back yard they also removed the wrong tree and left the one that was supposed to be removed there! They proceeded to collect the whole payment and did not return our calls for days!!! Finally a very rude secretary calls back and starts shouting that it’s not their fault according to some text message!! No professional should ever cut down any trees without marking them at the time of visit so this kind of disaster doesn’t happen. This shows the level of unprofessionalism and poor business ethics. they did not offer any compensation or remorse and did not at least offer to replace the one in the front with some other tree! Don’t waste your money with a company that is so unprofessional and has no care for the customer or their property.

Had a large tree blown down during a late night storm. It was blocking the roadway. I called Bill and he sent a team right over. What a great crew and they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Midtown Tree will get all my business from now on. I highly recommend them.
