I have used window world mutiple times, most recently today. 6 years ago, I had 5 windows replaced on the front of my house, and 2 years later I had the other 20 windows replaced in the rest of the house. Today, I had new front door installed. I have always had great service and communication from Window World of Tulsa. The warranty is great too - I had to have screen replaced and all it took was a phone call, and they delivered the new screen to my house.

Window World replaced all of the windows in my 90 year old home and replaced the back porch door. It was an easy and painless process and the turnaround time from the day the windows were ordered to the day they were replaced was very quick! Prices were much better than the competition... and I had three local companies come out to quote the business to compare. From pre-sale to installation, everything was top notch! I can't recommend Window World enough!

We have an old 1948 farm house that had the old box frame windows that were terrible. Matt came out and did measurements and got us a quote for 13 windows. Ordered windows. Having been in construction I understood that the 10 week turnaround was the best they could do. Well, windows showed up on Wednesday this week and they wrapped up Thursday. Harold is top of his trade. Install looks superb. He even caulked the inside of the window along the old trim so we can paint and seriously his caulking job looks amazing. But as far as the windows go the temp in our house has stayed significantly warmer (been in the 20’s at night). The other big thing is on the back of our property there are train tracks and we can barely hear the train now. 5 * for this company and their product. Couldn’t be happier!

Excellent from start to finish. Professional, cleaned as they installed, handled everything with care, explained everything and were conscientious to look at the condition of framing after removing old window for any mold or wood damage. Highly recommend and very satisfied.

Window World Tulsa came out yesterday and installed 13 new windows for us. They were prompt, professional, clean, friendly, and so helpful showing us how to use and care for our new windows - which we love. They didn't even seem to mind our dog (crated while they were here) who barked her head off at them. They left no mess at all when they left. In fact, they vacuumed their way out my front door as they were leaving. I can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks, guys!

I have had these windows for 18 years. They have been the absolute best purchase I have ever made... not only have they made an unbelievable difference in the temperature in my home, but putting the last window in made my home almost impervious to any sounds outside... thank you so much, Window World, for all these Years of the best windows EVER ...

Pretty disappointed! Matt came to our house because we requested a quote for all our windows to be replaced! Two weeks now, no call, no text, no email providing us a quote. I don’t understand businesses that won’t follow through! (We texted Matt on Wedn again, but still no reply). I do not recommend this company!!!!

I was very hesitant about being able to afford new windows. Please don’t hesitate, call them and ask for Scott Wilson! He was so professional not pushy at all, very knowledgeable and made the process super easy.

Derrick and his team came and installed 18 windows for us today. The crew was friendly, clean and very respectful. We found some bad rot on our sills and they did an amazing job rebuilding them so our windows are tight. They left no mess, showed us how to use our windows on their way out. We could not be happier with their customer service and craftsmanship. We highly recommend Window World and Derrick’s team.

Scott came out today to give me an estimate on replacing my windows and he was great! I decided to do financing and he ended up coming back to my house this evening to finish the paperwork. Awesome customer service!

Earlier this year, I got my windows done by window world. I am extremely satisfied with my windows and the service that I received. From the gentleman coming to my house, measuring the windows to the installation, all was professional. I called today I had an issue with one of the windows needing to lock, I had no issues with setting up an appointment for someone to come out to look at it and none of it cost me anything. There is a lifetime warranty and you can’t beat that. Windows are not cheap but I’m very happy with the way my house look, and the service that I Received.

Window World came out yesterday replaced 10 windows on the house. Under all of the back windows and side windows to the back yard (where our dogs are) there were shards of glass as big as a palm of a hand on the ground. They left and did not pick up and we noticed today. The windows look great and are installed fairly well, that we know of, but they did not clean up after themselves. We have two dogs that basically live in the backyard and we walk barefoot outside all the time. Very dangerous and disappointed.

Matt is always helpful when he comes to our house to give us a quote on windows we are wanting to replace. That is what we love about Window World. There are no sales pitches or pressure to have all your windows replaced at once. They are willing to work with you and not pressure you into buying more than what you can do at that time. Very budget friendly as well.

Window World did a GREAT job on my install. They were extremely efficient. It was a one day install for the entire house! They did not leave any damage, cleaned up any mess they made, and the windows look great! Would highly recommend them!

Did all of our windows 34, total. Cleaned up as they went, but still had lots of dust to clean up all over the house thanks to the wind.

I am so thankful to meet Scott Wilson. He was very friendly, and informative. He answered all my questions. He reassured me about the Lifetime Warranty which is transferable. I was throughly impressed by his professionalism and expertise. In no time I made up my mind to place an order for the windows. Scott Wilson is the person to meet.

Updated 6/17.Scheduled to get an estimate to replace patio door at the 25 Spring Home and Garden show. Came to give quote on 4/14 and also discussed replacing window. They left their paperwork at my house so when we called to let them know we wanted to move forward they had no record of us other than a text about coming to give quote. They came out to measure door on 5/4 and they were informed that afternoon we wanted to move forward with window as well as the door. No one was sent out to measure window. 5 weeks go by and door is in but no window. Called and was told no record of window. Came and measured window 5/13, sign another contract on 5/29 and get a text today 6/11 stating it's now being processed and will let me know when in. Guy who gave quotes wanted to install patio door and measure window during door installation then come back out another day and replace window..Definitely having doubts! Will post updates as they come.

Messaged sales guy 6/11 to get update and still no reply as of 6/14.

Called Window world to get update. Told couple more weeks before in. Was supposed to be a rush order when they were going to measure window while installing door. Not sure why no rush now...will be 4 weeks 6/17 since window was measured.

7/2 Window and door installed. Install was quick and everything looks good. Other than a miscommunication about the window they were pretty easy to deal with. Overall cost and warranty were big factors in choosing them.

From the estimate to the installation, everything and everyone was courteous, professional, on time, friendly, and addressed any needs we had. I would recommend them and use them for other home improvements. Installation was quick too!

Th entire process was great! They answered all our questions during the sale process. The installation was very well done. Cleaned everything up and was much quicker than expected. We are so happy we chose Window World to replace all our windows and patio door!
