Constraction reviews in Tuttle, Oklahoma

What a great company to do business with here in Central Oklahoma. Prompt, efficeint, clean and just nice people to do have on board with a major remodel i'm undertaking. Could not be happier with the work done. Did exactly what they said they would do as soon as they said they would do it. If I ever need foundation repair again, this will be the company I will choose. Thank you Neel and Kayla. Also, thanks to the workers that were exceptional. This is what it felt like when everyone knew what customer service was and how to do it!

I was having a home inspection done for the purchase of our new (to us) home. I had some concerns about the foundation, so my realtor called Oklahoma Foundation Repair to look the house over. They said the foundation was good, and that the only thing it really needed were some replacement brick ties. I also asked them to see if they could shoreup the sinking driveway slabs and they said sure thing. They promptly completed the work and walked me through the entire process. I will definitely be calling them back for any future concerns I might come across.

Neil came out for a quote and was very thorough with explaining the process, which included him also giving other recommendations. He was very insistent on making sure our situation was handled perfectly. We appreciated the transparency, and we decided to go through with the work. He came out quickly and had our job done in a day. It looks fantastic and we highly recommended Neil!

Neil and his crew were awesome! He quoted 2 options to stop the settling of our foundation - cement or steel piers. We choose steel piers thinking they would be more appealing should we decide to sell our home in the future. The crew showed up as scheduled, put in 6 piers and wall anchors on 2 outside walls to secure the brick walls that showed movement and cleaned up nicely. They even repaired some cosmetic cracks which was above and beyond the scope of work. I highly recommend this company should you find that you need this type of service. Thanks again Neil and crew!

They were quick to give a free inspection and quick to get the job done. I loved their professionalism, honesty, and affordability! As a realtor who has personally used Oklahoma Foundation Repair, I will be referring them on to my clients as a trusted foundation contractor.

I had the most pleasant experience with the crew from OKlahoma Foundation Repair! They were professional, courteous, and thoughtful. They completed the foundation job on last Thursday and I almost immediately noticed a difference in the kitchen and dining room floors after the foam injection process was complete. I ABSOLUTELY recommend these guys to anyone experiencing foundation trouble any day!!! 1000%

Thank you🙏❤️ OKFR!

These guys are probably the nicest and most reasonably priced repair place you can find. I had Neil out to give me a quote. My house is from 1915. When my toddlers would run through the house it's shook the entire house and sounded like a heard of elephants. An adult walking through made the house literally bounce. I am a single mom and the financial part was very worrying for me. Other places either wound not quote me or quoted me more than i could do. Knowing the situation and seeing it all, Neil was able to work out something I could afford. My project took longer than expected, but that was not the guys fault, the amount of rain made it flood under my house where no work could be done... but Neil kept me updated and informed. When they were here, I would come out and he or his supervisor would give me a full update on what was going on and next steps.. his guys had to excavate about 3 ft deep under the entire house because my house was literally on the ground. They did dirt work and found other solutions to make sure water no longer comes under the house when it rains and such. They even cleared out brush and overgrowth to be able to build up areas to keep water out in the future. The house is now firm to walk through and you don't feel like you are going to fall through the floor. Even though some things came up that were unexpected, the only difference in my quote and final price was the cost of materials being different than when quoted. He didn't charge extra labor or anything when they would come out but not be able to work due to wetness under house, which was no fault of their own, or anything. It was a large check to write, but compared to what others wanted plus the fact that they were so nice and went above and beyond in all that they did, it was well worth it. And they did go above and beyond.. they cleaned up the trash, cleaned up the dirt that was excavated (even put it down in my cellar for me since I was having to have it filled in, saving me concrete costs), and came and cleaned the dirt and mud from the walls and walkways that was caked on due to how wet it was under the house. In some ways it looked cleaner after they were done than before they started working! Pictures are an area they cleaned up to do dirt work on. Truly great people.

I have had nothing but the best experience with OKFR. Neil came to our house to evaluate 2 or 3 times - telling us there was no urgent work needed yet but instructed us to call him if anything changed. This last visit we determined it was finally time and some work was needed. Neil was very fair and helpful through the whole process. Today, I noticed one spot I was a little concerned about, especially with the bad weather coming in this weekend, and Neil came right out to assess! Fortunately, it was a simple fix but Neil coming out for a quick look really eased my mind. Many thanks to the whole OKFR team

This business is one-of-a-kind. It’s hard to find a more professional, reliable and honest business like this. Needless to say they also do excellent work. I highly recommend them!

Drew was friendly, professional, and did excellent work. I can't recommend him enough!

Drew did my 20x30 shop pad and did an incredible job. He was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him.

We had Drew come level some ground for us in preparation for sod and couldn’t have been more pleased. Well priced and great quality work! We will use him again anytime the need arises.

Had Drew come out and level our yard in preparation for sod after our builder left us with a mess. He has an eye for detail and did an outstanding job. His prices are very good as well.

He does amazing work! He will transform your home into something you will love!

Master carpenter. He has always done great work. Give him a call for a quote. You will be pleased.

Excellent work, professional, responsive, what else do you need from a contractor that always is going to put you first, I will always recommend this company to anyone who wants a remodel on their home, I will not use anyone else.

I have struggled for months to find a contractor to help me with various projects, including kitchen cabinetry, window reframing, installing flooring. Several contractors have come out and I’ve found myself having to follow up repeatedly for quotes or they are no shows for my projects, etc.

When reaching out to Koyck’s Renovations, not only were they incredibly responsive, but professional and efficient as well.

Very pleased and will be referring them to everyone I know!

I've used Koyck for every one of my remodels over the last several years and will continue to do so. Extremely professional, responsive, communicative with impeccable work for an incredible price. My dad used a different company for his first project and immediately regretted it and has been using Koyck ever since.

I always have a hard time deciding who to go with when it comes to improving my home. The home I had purchased had a bathroom that needed to be fully redone due to the bath having plastic walls and an old tub.
They were well accommodating when it came down to pricing and what materials would work best for what I wanted. They took their time to make sure they renovate the bathroom that I wanted and I'm happy to know that I have someone in contact that can continually count on for future home projects.

I can not say enough good things about Koyck’s Renovation and Jhon Koyck.

When I wanted to remodel my bathrooms, I had no idea who to hire. I found Koyck’s Renovations page
on Facebook and then found out a friend was using him. I got a few bids from several different
companies but knew I was going to use Koyck’s as soon as John came over and did my bid. He had a
very long wait, I would say 7-8 months and let me tell you He was worth the wait. I was very nervous at
such a big renovation but he listened to what I wanted and was available to answer all of my questions
and make me feel very secure even before the work began.
Jhon Koyck is very honest, friendly, trust worthy, hardworking and always punctual. He told me he
would be at my house at 7:30 each morning and I will tell you all the months he was at my house he was
never late or left me wondering if he was going to show up. He was always at my house by 7:30. On top
of all these wonderful qualities this man has he does Beautiful work. Jhon took my vision and brought it
to life in a way I could not imagine. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He and his crew were
always thoughtful of my home and I trusted them to be there even when I was not able to stay home. I
am a Realtor and have worked with many contractors and I will tell you none compare to the work and
character of this company. Jhon has become a trusted friend of mine that I refer to my family and
friends as well as clients and they have all been very impressed with him as well.

Everyday at the end of his work day he would clean up and have a conversation with me to see if I had
any questions or concerns. Etc. If I ever needed something changed or talk through the progress, he
always took the time to listen and would address it right away. His work is absolutely beautiful and I
would not trust anyone else to do anything in my house but Jhon Koyck. I was so impressed with Jhon
and his crew that I had them come back and remodel my Kitchen and a few other things in my home. It
is stunning because of his skill and workmanship. There is nothing he cannot do. Not only is Jhon a
gifted contractor that goes above and beyond, he is a wonderful human being that I now consider a
friend. Take time to look at the amazing pictures on his facebook page!!!!

There is no need to be nervous about using Koyck's for your renovation. Jhon was very patient with me and answered all my questions and walked me through every step of the process. He made good suggestions along the way that made the project turn out better than expectations. Jhon was on site working every day and does not farm out his work. He takes a lot of pride in his quality. His team was very professional and cleaned as they worked each day. I was very impressed with the quality and expertise of my renovation.

(I requested the re-use of the old shower head. This was not a reflection on his work.)
