I was really disappointed with Here to Help and Haul. I scheduled a junk pickup, and they never showed up or called to let me know they’d be late. When I finally reached someone the next day, all I got was an apology and a vague promise to “try again next week.” Total waste of time.

Chadd was amazing start to finish, emptying a fire damaged home, extremely thorough and fast, even my neighbors commented on how much they liked the crew and that means alot to me, also sent full report with photos after the job so i didn’t even have to go by and check, i will definitely use him again, very very happy with my choice

Best and easiest services I have ever encountered. Not only did they take care of my initial request to clear an above ground pool, but they also readily accepted my request to include other things.

They quoted me one price over the phone but charged almost 40% more after loading the truck, claiming “extra weight.” The communication was poor, and they were not upfront about additional fees. I won’t be using Here to Help and Haul again.
