They just replaced both of our heat and air systems for a very good price. Quality of work and hardware is great, the new systems are way better than old system ever was. Al and his staff were all very nice and very professional.

Always above and beyond, there is really no need to call anyone, but Al. We've used him for years with all of our Heat N Air needs. They are always professional, On time, able to correctly diagnose and repair my AC in minimal time, and save me $$$$, keeping my family comfortable. We even had them inspect our systems before we purchased this house!!!! I know I sound like a commercial, I just can't say enough!!!!! Thanks Again Al, he's always like one of the family!!!!

I went to test out my AC and the outside unit would not come on. Called Al's as I have in the past and their tech came out and informed me that all the coolant leaked from my system. The tech also informed me of the age, type if coolant, and approximate expense it would take to repair this problem. He suggested I call Al to discuss my options. Al got right back to me, gave me a great price (compared to multiple bids from other places) to replace the entire system. There was never any pressure to accept anything. Within a few days of accepting the bid, the crew was out to help install the entire system. Al even stopped by to meet me. They made quick work of it, fixing any old problems they found along the way with old duct work and condensation drains. They had a goof up along the way and messed up my old thermostat but replaced it with a superior unit at no cost or hesitation. I would and have highly recommend them to anyone.

Update- Al reached out to us and had someone come fix our unit. Seems like this time the issue was probably not an error on their part but they took care of it anyways. Despite our previous issues I will say their customer service is very impressive and they will do whatever they can to make the situation right.

Unfortunately we have had a horrible time with our heat and air system from day one. Our builder uses this company for all of his homes and said we would be pleased with the work. The day we were going to move in our kitchen was flooded due to an error on their part. We were upset but they got the ceiling repaired for us , so we decided to let it go. However the problems just continued. Every year for almost 5 years we have multiple issues and have had to have them come out many times. Once again our ac unit is not coming on! I will say Al was very helpful in getting our problems resolved at no cost to us, but the number of issues we have had is so frustrating. We have finally just decided to have another company come out and try to figure out why we have so many issues. It’s just frustrating because we went over budget on heat and air in the hopes that we wouldn’t have issues like our first home and we have been left disappointed .

Out of town but our house sitter called and said there was water dripping into the kitchen from the ceiling around the canned light. I immediately knew it was the AC drain pan in the attic. I gave Al's Heat & Air in Tuttle a distress call. As usual they got right back with me. They would have someone available after a call in Newcastle and sure enough we had a tech arrive within an hour. This young man, Deacon, had to move a sports car that had a dead battery (another story) to get attic access. Let me start by saying AIR COMFORT SOLUTIONS were the ones that installed a complete new system in 2012. Shortly after that our kitchen ceiling fell in from the poor installation job with the overflow drain pipe. They paid the cost of completing the ceiling rebuild and installed a sensor that supposedly would prevent that from happening again. Well, the drain pan was not strapped and the weight of the water tipped the pan away from the sensor so it never knew there was water and therefore didn't shut the unit down! Deacon is a repeat tech for us from Al's and went above and beyond for us. Again, this is typical for Al's Heat & Air...awesome company!

Excellent service! I called on a Saturday and had someone at my house within half an hour. Luckily it was an easy fix and we have cool air again. Will definitely call Al’s again!

Al's will do anything to make the service you receive to be the best. If something does not go as planned, they do not keep billing you and really provide a real value for their service. We use the protection plan for all of our 3 units. This includes filter replacement and a checkup for each season - Summer & Winter. During the pre-season checkup's, they look for things that might be an issue and fix it at that time. We consequentially never have failed units. Plus, being on contract, if service is needed, it is provided at a discount rate.

We had Al's install a new A/C Unit for us, taking out a previous unit installed by another company. During peak summer days, our house is very cool and the unit runs on a limited basis instead of constantly as other units do. Al’s crew does a complete analysis of what is required and orders a unit from “top-end” manufactures, not an “off-brand” that they sell.

I called on Monday morning and they sent a tech out same day. Kathy was absolutely wonderful and Toby got my furnace running in no time! So happy my neighbor told me about this company…I would most definitely recommend them! Thank you so much Al’s Heat and air! Mary C. Mustang

Al's is amazing! Every person I had an interaction with was beyond professional. I didn't feel like they were just try to sell me extra stuff, I feel like they truly care. Al's will be our heat and air company forever now! I would not hesitate to refer anyone! They will treat you right! Amazing company! You don't find many companies like this is anymore who are prompt, efficient, honestly care about their customers and stand by their word.

Al's has installed two HVAC systems for us and did a great job both times. Their service has also been very good. Al himself is very nice.

They did a great job! I called and they sent a guy out quick. He had us fixed up in no time. We had 3 other companies come out and waited 5 weeks for our A/C during the hottest month. We will use Al's again if needed!

I called after 2:30 pm on a Friday expecting a rotten weekend with no A/C. Vicki took my call and sent a tech immediately. Billy arrived within a half hour. His quick diagnosis had me back in business before the close of bankers’ hours. WEEKEND SAVED!!

I have been using Al's for around a year and a half now. They serviced my old AC Unit for as long as they could and have recently installed a replacement. They are honest, hardworking and always willing to work with you and your budget. They do not recommend anything that isn't necessary and give A++ customer service! Would not recommend anyone else for HVAC needs.

Al’s is the perfect place to meet your heating and cooling needs. They are small enough to have comfortable and individualized care, but big enough to get the job done well. We highly recommend this establishment!

They can’t drive, they are going to end up hurting themselves or someone else with no care in the world. Excessive Speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, no blinkers, fair to say they are going to hurt someone. I wouldn’t spend a dollar supporting people that don’t care about other people’s lives. Disgusting.

I am so impressed with Cokes Mechanical HVAC. Our pipes in our heater froze during a cold spell and we had several technicians from a big box heat and air company come over and over with zero resolution. Bo was recommended to us and he was able to come out the same day and get it fixed for us. We haven’t had a single problem since. Bo took the time to explain everything in an understandable manner and ensure we were up and running by the time he was finished. I highly recommend their services!
