My mother lost her water due to a failure in the well. Amped rep arrived very quickly and found the problem, repaired it and had her water going fast. #1 on my list from now on for sure

Edit in response to owner: You either miss understood your tech or he lied to you. He ran a snake down my cleanout but did not check the valve which should of been the second thing he did after running the snake with no results. Instead he jumped to a $20,000 dollar conclusion which he tried getting me to apply for the financing of that day. At the end of the day it seems you guys tried to screw a middle class family and take food off my table. Own up to it.
Had them come out back in may. They wanted to charge me 20k to repair something that didn't need repaired. Got a second opinion from another plumber and he got me fixed up for $200. I'm assuming amped plumbers are commission based so they try to upsell. What y'all did was wrong and shows you lack integrity and have no regard for the best interest of your customers

Zeke was prompt, professional, and very kind. He took the time to show me some important parts of my new water heater and made suggestions for how to keep it functional longer. My dogs loved him. I will be calling and asking for him specifically for any further plumbing or water heater problems. Thanks Zeke!
