Jimmy is completely unreliable. Biggest scam ever!! Do not use, would not recommend! Lowes sent him out (twice, never came) Flat out lied and said he came, knocked 3 times, said he even saw our truck out front. Nope, we didn't have a truck parked out front, and we park in the garage! Security footage revealed he never came, just did the exact same thing today! Freaking loser, took off work, AGAIN for this person!

WOW! Hoping I can change my review after the service call, if they ever show up. Had an appointment (set-up through Lowes) this morning and they were a no show. I called to see when they'd be here and Sara said she never got the request. I called Lowes warranty department and they can clearly see through emails that Bear Industries accepted the appointment on August 20. Very unprofessional and blamed Lowes, saying that she never received the email. Shame on you for not taking your business seriously.
