FAIR: I had a pretty good Idea what was wrong, they confirmed in all of 40 seconds, quoted me a price I knew was reasonable on the spot.

HONEST: They didn't try to upsell me, over-charge me, or poke around for some "other problems" to charge--they just got the job done.

Duane and crew has gone above and beyond on multiple different systems for me. They installed a complete new HVAC system in my home in one day in the middle of the summer last year. Now Duane & crew has help with an emergency situation with a commercial property that I have. After someone broke in, cutting the fence enclosure around 3 A/C units, and cut out all the copper lines out, Duane again was "Johnny on the spot". He did everything he could to get the building up and running with all new HVAC systems as the old A/C's were 17 yr old R22. He even helped with securing the new systems as he recommended a fence company (Calvert Fence & Gate) to install a cage fence system around all the condensers.
I will be using Air Fair Heat again when I replace my 2nd A/C at the house in the near future!

Update: I had Air Fair install a new Hvac last month, January 2025. This is the 5th Hvac they have installed for me. All have been great. Thanks Duane, Dylan and crew, another smooth changeout!!
