Amazing, they came out on a Friday night and fixed an electrical gremlin that was killing part of my house outlets, Mr Jason was very professional and kind I recommend his services for any electrical needs......Also he is a fellow veteran so I was very pleased.

We hired Electrical Service Professionals (ESP on their signs) for Christmas lights and installation on our roof lines. The first price we were quoted for this was $880. We had given them a picture of the year before and they used this to measure(Google Earth I’m guessing) At installation it was discovered that about 15 feet of the roof was not included in the original price. It then went up to $1160...hum quite a bit for approximately 15 feet! We understood at that time that this would include take down. They came and took down the lights and we were presented with a take down fee of $187.00! It took them less than 30 minutes to take them down.
My husband objected and the price was lowered to $100.
The men working for them did a great job and were very professional. The problem here is definitely the business pricing and estimates. My suggestion here is to GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING or you probably will be in for a big surprise! Business manager said it would only be $250 to have them reinstalled next year plus $187.00 take down. Next year WILL NOT happen with this company... as Gomer Pyle says “ Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me”!

Called ESP to inform them that my thermostat needed to be replaced due to a relay being burnt out. Jason showed up on time (super nice guy by the way) looked at the thermostat, tried to get the face plate off and couldn’t. So I tried and was able to get it off in my first attempt. Told me that it needed replaced which I knew. Jason then informed me that he didn’t have much knowledge when it came to thermostats but knew a guy that did and that he could refer me to him. Why even make an appointment then? He then charged me $120 for the 15 min conversation to tell me something I already knew and a referral. Ridiculous will not recommend a company that doesn’t have decent morals and would charge for nothing..

I cannot recommend this company enough. They were professional, enjoyable to work with, and squeezed us in last minute for an inspection. They are wonderful to work with and fair priced. Hands down, will not be working with any other electricians for any projects in the Yukon area.

We had a sparking out of date fuse box. ESP went above and beyond to make sure the home insurance we had to cover the repair did what they were supposed to and fielded most of the phone calls on our behalf. The repair was extensive and the crew was professional and left everything neat and clean. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will use them again if needed. Great company!

Have used ESP before and liked their service, today they installed 4 recessed lights, hung a ceiling fan and installed a new entryway light, everyone was very friendly and professional. They were very punctual....thank you ESP for a job well done.
