Terrible

I can't rate on their service but on their customer service. I called a left a message and never heard back. Hmmmm. :(

After wasting money on 2 different amateurs, a friend recommended this guy. He did an amazing job. I added before and after photos.

I had a wonderful experience with Pro Trim! Very quick and affordable process. They removed a tree stump for me and managed to save the new rosebud growing in behind it! I’m very satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend hiring them.

Anthony answered my phone call after hours and was available the next day. He was able to accommodate my work schedule and worked fast when he arrived. Very dependable. I would call him again.

So I called today 7/2/2021 at 9:46 (CST) to inquire about hiring them for services on my property. After the person answered the phone I made sure to ask if they provided land grading services. The gentleman on the phone said "kind of", the proceeded to ask if I was selling something because he was too busy to talk anyone.

Now I'm not perfect in anyway, but when someone is calling to give you business no mater the size of the company you should take a second and communicate before being short, and unprofessional. If this is how the business is being run, I would doubt the quality of the reviews and services provided.

Gave me a good price with quote then did the work a little faster than expected so trimmed up even more than quoted. Really did good job cleaning up and getting details done right but really appreciated the extra they did without charging more.

I started to cut down some large overgrown bushes on the front of my house on Saturday around noon. After I filled my driveway with tree branches I quickly realized I bit off more than I could chew. A quick google search led me to Pro Trim, the highest rated tree service in Yukon. I sent them a text with a picture of my project, the owner called me back within 5 minutes with an estimate. I agreed and they were at my house 30 minutes later. They did an incredible job, chipped everything, cleaned up the work area like nothing happened and left. I dealt with Anthony the owner, he was a super nice and professional guy. They were very reasonable on the pricing and I felt like an excellent value. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with a tree project. I will use them again.
