Our A/C stopped blowing cold air at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. I got in touch with my home warranty, and they set Comfort Concepts as the company assigned to fixing our problem. Of course it is the hottest weekend so far when my A/C decides to go on the fritz, and on a Friday the start of the weekend. I called Comfort Concepts to schedule a time for them to come out, and he helped walk me through back to my home warranty company on how to make sure they were able to come out as soon as possible. I was on and off the phone with my home warranty company all afternoon, and by the time I got everything straightened out with the home warranty it was 6pm. I called Mike back and he still answered his phone even though they were closed and was very prompt at ensuring he got out here to fix our A/C even though it was already Friday evening. He answered his phone every time I called him, while I was trying to get through to my home warranty company, and still managed to fit me in. Mike was very professional and kind, and was here by 7:20pm. He made sure that my A/C was running properly and blowing cold air, and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. Thanks to him our home is back to being nice and cool. Mike is truly a wonderful business owner who cares about his customers. We will now be using Comfort Concepts for all of our heat and air needs, we highly recommend them and will be referring them to anyone who is looking for a heat and air service company. If you’re looking for a company who is honest and reliable, as well as friendly and kind, Comfort Concepts is for sure the way to go. Thank you so much again Mike, you’re extremely appreciated!

Mike was really just phenomenal. He was patient with our situation and helped us throughout the entire process. He was upfront and honest and was also understating of our situation. He (and I believe his son) worked hard all day. They got us back to having great airflow in our house! I could not recommend anyone better.

The owner is EXTREMELY kind!!!! Excellent customer service! I had SO many questions and he took the time to answer each and every one of them without making me feel as if I was a bother. Honest and trustworthy company too! They truly care about their customers and they are not the typical “money hungry” company either. They have my full trust, as a woman and someone not knowledgeable with this type of stuff he did not once take advantage of me and try to rip me off either. Michael and his team are honest, hard working and do a thorough job! We have used them multiple times, but most recently to replace our entire system. It was a really hard job, but they remained professional and guided us through the entire process from start to finish! Had a great experience. The blower motor for my furnace went out and Mike was honest and told me that I still had a manufacturer’s warranty on it that I was unaware of which I really appreciate. The part had to be shipped in but as soon as it came in, I was notified. He was quick, prompt, and professional and got the job done. I will definitely recommend this local business for your HVAC needs. Reasonable prices as well!

Comfort Concepts, Mike, has done our HVAC maintenance plus our tankless water heater maintenance for almost 5 years. This past summer he replaced both of our AC units and heating unit. He is very conscientious, efficient and friendly which is why we will continue to be his clients!
