I called McGee Plumbing after realizing I had completely underestimated my own DIY skills and managed to make a simple issue much worse. From the first call, they were kind, professional, and zero percent judgmental (which I truly appreciated). They were able to get someone out within an hour of my call, which was a huge relief.

Robbie showed up on time, quickly diagnosed not only the original problem but also the mess I had created, and explained everything clearly before getting to work. The repair was done efficiently, correctly, and with great attention to detail.
Fair pricing, excellent communication, and top-notch workmanship. McGee Plumbing turned a stressful situation into a huge relief. I won’t be attempting plumbing repairs again anytime soon—but I will be calling McGee Plumbing first next time. Highly recommend!

We've used Mr. McGee twice now and both times have been great! First time was a couple of months ago with new sink install. They redid the pipes under the sink. Today, they snaked the line. Fast, efficient, professional. Highly recommend.

Mr McGee plumbing has been our plumber for several years. Always a pleasure to talk to and he is truthful about issues he may come across. He does an A-1 job and his prices are very reasonable. We have never had to call him back for work he has done for us. I recommend Mr. McGee plumbing for all plumbing needs.

Great customer service from the beginning of my phone call for booking an appointment to the end of getting my hot water tank installed. Service was on time and I was impressed with how efficient he was. I will keep his number handy and highly recommend this company. We would give 10 stars if we could.

My parents are elderly and needed taller toilets because of mobility issues. Mr McGee Plumbing was efficient and made things work even in a tight space. He took care of their needs quickly and at a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend!

Robbie is like if I had a cool uncle that is also a plumber! I've had to call Mr. McGee Plumbing out to my house for various repairs from fixing a toilet to finding (and replacing!) a crushed and corroded copper pipe. Robbie gives me the options, explains the logic, and gets it done. On top of that, scheduling is easy, his pricing is fair, and his disposition is comforting. He navigates my house with kids and dogs and mess with courtesy and kindness. He and his office are so friendly, communicative, and kind. Couldn't ask for a better plumber. Thanks, Robbie & Mr. McGee!!

This Robbie guy who is the owner of this fine establishment. This guy claims he is with the Chamber of Commerce. He is not. He is not with the BBB. Like he claims on his pictures of his website. I was quoted one price and when this bozo got to the house I’m doing inspections on to buy. When this guy arrived apparently he wanted to charge hundreds more. I was not at the house but my realtor/relative was there. This Robby joke didn’t even walk into the house. He was angry. Called me several times. And he demanded to b paid so my realtor gave him the money I had set aside. I called his office today. Spoke with same female as before. Told her I wanted to talk to this Robby. That was a few minutes before 8:00 this morning and it’s 3:55 and I’m still waiting for this coward to call me. DON’T USE MR MCGEE. HES NOT HONEST.

Read the 5 star reviews and was impressed. Called and they said they might be able to come same day if a job finished early, but would likely be the next day. Very upfront so far. I specifically asked if there was a charge just for the service call to which I was told that generally Robbie would come and give an estimate but if further diagnosis was needed, there is a diagnostic fee of $65. I just needed a drain snaked. 20 minutes tops.

I got called the next day around noon and told that the $65 fee was now mandatory and there was no range for the cost of the drain being snaked. It was either pay $65 or pay as much as $400. In addition, I had told them I was moving in a few days and needed it done right away and since they were calling me halfway through the day the appointment was already scheduled, I didn't really have any time to go looking for another plumber this late in the stage. Had they told me the day before when I asked that there would be a $65 mandatory fee, I would have kept calling plumbers. But now, I needed it done. When he arrived, even seeing how simple this was he gave me the voice of $65 plus having to find another plumber or $255 for him to do the work. After the job was already completed, he then informed me if I was paying with a card he would tack another 3.5% onto the bill. Well, guess what, I had to pay another 3.5%. Honestly felt like I was taken advantage of due to the situation and changing terms after the fact.
