I reached out to Simertech Construction for a possible job for a house in Windsor and had a very disappointing experience. I contacted Manjeet and followed up with him for about a week, but he never showed up and never provided a price estimate.

This lack of responsiveness was a complete waste of time for me, and I ultimately had to find someone else for the job. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Simertech Construction due to their unprofessionalism and poor communication.
