Dan installed a new furnace and Ac. Than came back and ran a gas line for our pool. He did everything he said he'd do, when ge said he'd do it. Very reliable. I would highly recommend him.

Dan's the man! Would use him for any future services we require. Installed a brand new gas line for BBQ and move existing AC to side of home which will make our backyard much more enjoyable to use now!

Had the best ever experience today having our A/C repaired. Dan has just given us the absolutely best ever experience having something repaired. He got us through the last days of summer heat by coming out and keeping us in comfort by keeping the unit topped up until the new part came in. Then he was super quick getting it done. This guy showed the upmost respect when entering our home to do the repairs. He called just before his arrival as promised and was ontime. He laid down runners from the front door right to the work area to protect our hardwood floors. Can't say enough about this experience today. He was beyond amazing! Informed as to everything he did and was super polite. Can't say enough!!!

We woke up Christmas Eve morning with our house at 52°. We reached out to Dan and he made sure to squeeze us in. We were still able to host our Christmas brunch that day. Dan did a great job fixing the issue and he totally saved Christmas! Thanks so much for the wonderful service. Dan!

Dan from on Demand goes above and beyond he got my AC up and running today temporarily until new fan motor arrived 6hrs later total repair done.If there was a 10 star rating that's what he deserves!!!Oustanding🤗 Service

I cannot recommend Dan from On Demand Heating and Cooling more.

When our furnace stopped working very early morning, our house was already down to 61 degrees (it is December). We have an 8 month old baby, so we needed it fixed quickly. We called a couple companies around 7am and most did not answer/were not open and the other said between 3-7pm for service.

I searched an Amherstburg Facebook group and saw so many recommendations for On Demand. I called Dan at 7am and he was at my house within a half an hour. He diagnosed our issue and found the part we needed so quickly. Not to mention he offered to drop off heaters if we needed to stay in our house for the night.

He went through our options of repair or replacement but was not pushy at all. He took measurements and gave us time to make a decision. Ultimately we decided to replace our furnace.

He came to our house at 8am the next morning. He worked so efficiently - he was friendly, accommodating to our dogs, and quiet (my 8 month old took a full nap during install).

He finished the furnace and thermostat install by 1pm including clean up. His work was absolutely impeccable - he made sure everything was up to code and he went through the entire furnace/thermostat with me so I understood what I was working with.

I am so happy with the quality of work he has done, but mostly what an incredible business owner he is. He went above and beyond what any other business has done to make sure we were well taken care of.

I will use this company for ANY of our HVAC needs going forward. I would give more stars if that was an option.

I had a recent issue with my furnace, and after reaching out to Reliance, they informed me that I required a new furnace and couldn't repair the existing one. However a friend recommended me this company and on a holiday I called him and he arrived that day. The technician arrived promptly and resolved the issue within an hour, ultimately saving me $6700 by only replacing the motor instead of the entire furnace. Their professionalism, honesty, and respect for my home were truly exceptional. Moving forward, I will exclusively rely on this company for any future furnace needs.

I highly recommend Dan!!! He answered my call on the weekend and was able to come out to repair my pool heater within two days. He was able to repair a part so we didn’t have to order it. He’s very knowledgeable, great workmanship with fair pricing.

Dan is the best. Unfixable Furnace went down on Saturday and he had a new one installed Monday by the time I got home from work. Excellent craftsmanship and very thorough. Really great guy who explains everything. Was a pleasure from start to finish!cant go wrong with Dan, prices were great as well.
