So many great reviews was why I chose this company to come and install my dishwasher. I was told they would come by on Tuesday but by noon I had not heard anything so I sent an email to see if they were coming? I was told they were busy. We are all busy but communication with your customers who took time to be home goes a long way. Reschedule if you need to but communicate! They sent a team out at 5:45 and they were courteous and did the job but then quickly started to leave. I hadn't paid them so I thought it was strange. When I went into the kitchen I noticed they had put a large chip in my countertop above my dishwasher. They were going to leave without acknowledging it. They had no apologies, just gave us the email as to where I could send my e-transfer. I am so disappointed in the ethics of this company. When I left an email with them acknowledging my disappointment I was told that they were busy and because I was expecting them on the day they said they would come that he sent this team. The owner apologized and asked me to send a picture so that he could decide if this team would be used again... not to compensate me for damages. Some wood glue and paint will mask the issue but that is not the point. Very disappointing.

Had a new water heater installed. Dave's pricing was competitive and the work was done efficiently. Also know a friend who got his Air conditioning installed by Dave and has had no issues. Happy with their service and definitely recommend!

I had a really smooth experience with this heating and plumbing service. The team showed up on time, explained what was going on in a way I could understand, and fixed everything without any hassle. Super nice people, and the price was reasonable too!

I had these guys refill the gas , Dave himself came out last minute and helped out , was done in maybe 15 minutes. Very reasonable pricing and very friendly. Unfortunately my AC gave out for good a few weeks later (its super old) , he showed up with a team , they installed a new system and even gave a bit of a break since I just called them before. They are all friendly , quick, responsible and reasonable price wise. They even made sure to clean up after themselves and obviously take pride in their work. If you have any issues call Dave , only place you need to work with.

Outstanding service! Furnace failed on the coldest day of the year and Dave came out on a Sunday, replaced the fried motherboard, and installed a smart thermostat. Fast, professional, and reliable. Highly recommended!

This morning I woke up with water coming out for my furnace. As a first time home buyer and little to no experience related to furnaces I contact Dave. He answered immediately and was at my house in less than an hour time (on a Sunday too). He was efficient, fixed the problem, and explained the cause. Dave was very friendly and courteous of my home. Dave Heating and Cooling was very responsive and came to diagnose our furnace issues within a half hour of calling them. When they arrived, they were able to easily figure out the issue and fix it. Price was also reasonable, especially given the response time and the busy holiday season.

Dave and his team were amazing. My furnace stopped working around 3:30pm keep in mind it’s about 25 years old. By the next day 12:28pm my new Lennox was installed. The best part was the price, I called several companies and they were pricing way too high. When the team left my utility room was spotless. I recommended this company. The product is the same but the service from Dave and his Team was GREAT.
