Always scary knowing who to call when you have a plumbing problem - we had used RFG years before as they were local so called them again to install a toilet. The installers Savannah and Allan were so pleasant, efficient and prompt. Answered all our questions with a smile and were very clean and respectful of our home. But the true measure of a service company is when you have an issue and we had a minor concern so we called the office - it was handled politely and immediately without hesitation. VERY pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Today we had to call RFG as we had a break in one of our pipes and they were able to come and inspect and repair the issue within a couple hours of us calling (before they were at their office at that). We definitely highly recommend this company, they are very personable, very knowledgeable and very informative. They dealt with me lingering about chatting their ears off (and didn't seem bothered like many others would) and we even had some great conversation. You can definitely tell they aren't a corporate type of business. We dealt with Ryan and Savanna and they were quite awesome to have in our home, they were quick to the task, knew what they were doing and kept the area clean during and after finishing the job and even offered some advice for us and our current and future plumbing needs. Highly Highly recommend!

From appointment set-up to service provided in my home, the staff of RFG Plumbing was professional and prompt. The technician and apprentice explained every step of the repair. They swept up drywall debris before leaving. My cost incurred for the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

My husband and I tried to replace our cartridge ourselves last year, only to have it fail. So we sought out the professionals. This company was recommended on South Windsor Watch on FB. The receptionist was very courteous and prompt. She notified us when the previous job was running late and when to expect them. I got a text with photo of the tech that was going to arrive at my home. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and had a great work ethic. I would definitely recommend Tim. He also had an apprentice with him Nick. Very nice as well, eager to learn and he was friendly with our small dog. My husband being a former apprentice in his career, we can honestly appreciate seeing new blood in the trades. I like having the machine to do payment and having options available for payment. Definitely would recommend RFG in the future. Thank you so much for fixing our cartridge issue.
