I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Safe Tree for their exceptional work on trimming my trees and plants. The process began with Angela at the office, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. She arranged for Leo to come out and give us a quote on the work we needed. Leo arrived promptly as scheduled, and during our discussion, he impressed me with his knowledge, particularly regarding the boxwood moth issue in our area. Given the high cost of treatment, we decided to include the boxwoods in our quote for removal.

To our delight, we were able to schedule the service just two days later, which was fortunate for us. The team, consisting of Mark, Brandon, and Tyler, arrived and completed all the work specified in the quote. Their professionalism and efficiency were outstanding. After they finished, they ensured I was satisfied with the results, and I was genuinely impressed by their meticulous work.

Later, I realized that I had forgotten to mention three branches my neighbor had requested to be trimmed, which were not included in the original quote. I called Angela, who has a remarkably cheerful demeanor, and explained the situation. To my amazement, Leo returned within 48 hours, accompanied by Zach and Presley, to finish the job at no additional cost.

We have always been pleased with their mulch blend. The Pelham Garden Club uses their mulch product exclusively for the Town gardens and church gardens( that the club members maintain. Their deliveries are always on time and to our specifications. The staff are great to work with and accommodating of our volunteer team's mulch requests.

We had been talking about this problem Ash in our backyard for about two years. This year it was obvious that it had to be removed. Shopped around for local businesses and Safe Tree came up as a recommendation.
We hired (I initially had issues with the price but that was my problem.)
As they started their work I knew that they were far and above what I was expecting. The safety measures alone and the equipment they used was worth the money! The process is more complicated than I envisioned and the time it took was less than a day!
They completely cleaned up the back lawn as well!
I’m going to state that they are highly recommended by me. (Like that’s a big deal?)

Big thank you to Leo and his team at Safe Tree for saving the day. My mom tried several times to have her regular tree company come out bind and tie our trees. She had called repeatedly for weeks and kept getting told they will come out soon.Finally after a month of frustration she reached out to Leo at Safe Tree… they were out within days of calling them. They were on time, a crew came to our house, they were knowledgeable, fast and efficient. The trees were saved. A day later we had a follow up phone call to ensure we were happy with the service. My mom was delighted, we never heard back from our old tree service and we won’t be calling them again. We are only ever going to use Safe Tree and highly recommend them, no chasing them down, when they say they are coming they come and deliver! 5 stars ⭐️

I can highly recommend Safe Tree. From my first phone call to the completion of the job, they were prompt, courteous and friendly. They called me out to the yard frequently to make sure they were removing the branches that I wanted taken care of. Then they followed up after to ensure I was happy with their work.

I found Safe Tree service top notch. The arborists first identified themselves, let us know that they had been contracted by the local authority to trim trees which could interfere with overhead utilities. They were courteous and asked if we could move our vehicle in order to trim the trees. Their work was completed promptly and they also took all the branches and debris with them. If anyone has trees that require trimming I would highly recommend Safe Tree Ltd.

Safe Tree Ltd. did an amazing job taking down a Black Locust tree in the side yard of my property. Over the years, unfortunately as it grew slanting toward my house, it became increasingly more of a danger from falling in a high wind or storm.

The folks at Safe Tree were prompt from the first call, to come out observe the problem, give a competitive estimate, fill out the appropriate documents and get permission to take down the tree, all in quick order.

The crew showed up early soon afterward, got to work, and because of the size of the tree and it's proximity to the house, had to scale the 70 foot plus high and take it down section by section, an amazing thing to watch as the photos show.

The cleanup was thorough and tidy, and little damage resulted to other trees and plants during the operation. The guys were congenial, quick and thoroughly professional, as was the whole Safe Tree organization from front office, the estimator, to the arborist crew.

When our residents association needed help decorating 5 tall trees in our neighbourhood park for the Christmas season, we contacted Safe Tree, and we are very glad we did.

Previously, we had done the work ourselves with volunteers, ladders and poles, but as the trees grew taller (and we got older) we needed professional help.

Safe Tree came to our rescue, with a bucket truck, equipment and years of obvious expertise and experience, and got our decorations installed in a couple of hours.

Their employees were friendly, smart, thorough and had a good sense of design to get the job done.

I was looking for a local contractor to build a fence and put down patio stone in my backyard. I reached out to Alex and within only a couple hours I heard back and we had a time scheduled (same day!) for him to come out to measure for a quote. By the end of that weekend, not only did I have a good quote, but a 3D model of what my backyard would look like. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and price! We ended up adding our front walkway to the project; which was a great addition and really brought it all together.

I reached out to multiple landscaping companies for quotes for a spring clean-up on my property. Some didn't respond, and one even ghosted me. I was so happy to find Cranbrooke Landscape Services. All my beds look perfect, and he took obvious care when spreading the mulch around all my newly emerging perennials.
