would not recommend Chris for any job related to appliances, not reliable business

Chris used to do floors and good thing he doesn't any more.
After inly 2 years mine are falling apart and he will not fix them.

Would not recommend, took a 50 pint dehumidifier, never heard back from him, kept calling, then finally got a hold of him, said said he was going to use universal parts as he couldn’t get original parts, this has been like 8 months. Finally got a hold of him again and said the dehumidifier was still not working, so made arrangements to pick up the unit, got there he wanted to give me a 30 pint dehumidifier that was a different brand and wasn’t working either. Told him that the dehumidifier wasn’t mine, he then said that he must of gotten rid of it, but wasn’t sure and didn’t seem to care. In short beware of Chris at Appliance Answers, not a reliable business.

Rameez did an amazing job fixing my oven. He was quick, professional, and explained everything clearly. Really appreciated his honesty and friendly attitude. Definitely recommend him if you need a reliable appliance technician!
