Reviews of local pros in Glencoe, Ontario

Chad and Ron installed a new kitchen sink , taps and unclogged our kitchen drain in a professional and timely manner. They also suggested some more efficient rerouting so this issues will not occur again. We will use their services again. Thanks for a job well done!

Chad and his team at RCM plumbing came in and did a total washroom Reno. They extended the shower and tiled it, countertop, backsplash, toilet, flooring, paint, the works.
Fantastic customer service. Always let me know when they were coming, and he worked around our schedule. They were professional and efficient.
We got a great deal and the work was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience, answered the phone on a Sunday when I was expecting to leave a message. We were having issues with drains backing up and draining very slowly, including the toilet. I had some kind of terrible scenario in my head, but the guys came when they said they would, were pleasant, diagnosed and fixed the problem within the hour. Great guys, very efficient work. Thankful to have great service like this close by.

Amazing service, great people! We had a water heater leak and Chad came and fixed the problem right away, we asked to have an on demand water heater installed and it was all done within 24 hours, like that’s service! Keep up the amazing work Chad and team!

An awesome experience.

I was dealing with an urgent matter and reached out to RCM Plumbing. I had the pleasure of Chad attending my residence and quickly identifying the problem.

I was worried I was going to be in over my head with the money I owed - however I was quite surprised how reasonable it truly was.

I would recommend you use this company for your plumbing needs.

Great service, Called them Yesterday after my regular plumber over 2 weeks ago diagnosed my macerator pump and told me it needed to be replaced, Since my normal plumber decided to ignore my call I called RCM, Chad gave me a quote with in no time and scheduled me next day to get the work done, they came in to do the work today, guys were efficient, friendly and did great work. I have found my new plumber

Very classy start to finish. 🤵A nice tidy job, insisted on taking footwear off, and was very informative and educational with any questions asked.😤😎 Topnotch company in my books. 5 star for sure. Thx guys 👊

Nice speedy service, was able to get me in the following week when I called on a Friday. Work looks good and clean, it was a macerating toilet so something not all plumbers can do. Only negative I have is they had to use my shop vac because theirs was in another vehicle. Things happen so can't hold that against them that's why they get my 5*

Edit: the owner of RCM just bought me a new shop vac because he said his guys should know better than to borrow tools. This company goes above and beyond of their customers and I wouldn't recommend anyone but them! Amazing customer service with outstanding quality of work!

Had a great experience with RCM Plumbing. Chad and Ron were quick, professional, and genuinely great to deal with. They showed up fast, found the issue, and had the leak fixed efficiently with no surprises. It’s rare to find plumbers who combine skill with such great communication, but these guys nailed it. Thanks again for all your help!

From a poorly set up bathroom to a spacious beautiful one.
Chad had quite the job with this bathroom, but it could not have turned out better .

I love it !! Thanks to a great team

Chad from RCM Plumbing was incredibly helpful when we were dealing with septic and plumbing issues at our home. He was knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and made the whole process much less stressful. Trustworthy work and fair pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RCM Plumbing. Give these guys a call.

We had a great experience with RCM Plumbing. They were easy to reach and very responsive from the start. Devin was punctual, professional, and completed the work efficiently. They replaced our dishwasher and even offered to remove the old one (which we declined), and also removed our original shower heads and installed new ones.
The pricing was quite reasonable, and the quality of work was excellent. Chad stopped by to provide the invoice and was equally professional and friendly.
It’s always great to support a local business — we would absolutely recommend RCM Plumbing and will use them again.

Always excellent service by Chad, Ron and their team at RCM Plumbing. They've done prompt emergency repairs and a new bathtub/shower installation for me. Outstanding results at a very reasonable cost! AAA+++

Great experience from start to finish! The plumber was friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative. They fixed our jacuzzi tub that was leaking, resolved the no-hot-water issue, and now everything works perfectly. They also added shutoff valves right at the tub, which is a huge improvement and gives us peace of mind. Professional, efficient, and easy to deal with — I would 100% recommend them!

RCM Plumbing was fantastic to work with on my bathroom renovation. Chad and Ron did an amazing job, and Chad was easy to communicate with, making the whole process stress free.
I really appreciated their honesty about what needed to be fixed and their help finding solutions. They also work with a great network of tilers, drywallers, and electricians, which made everything run smoothly. They even came in on weekends to finish small details.
My bathroom looks great and I cannot recommend them enough!
