Thank you Francis for the prompt, exceptional customer service.
Happy New Year to you and your team!

FD installed a new furnace and air conditioner.
Great quality, professional work.
I would definitely recommend them!

Francis is a kind and honest tradesman that went out of his way to make sure my furnace was back up and running.

Called FD and he showed up an hour later. Our water heater was not working properly for a while. He fixed it and it is working like new. Would highly reccommend.

Exceptional service and a speedy repair! very professional technician was able to fit me in for service not longer after calling, in the middle of a heat wave no less! had everything on his truck needed to repair the AC on the spot!

FD heating and cooling are professional and do great quality work. At the moment he is fixing a fireplace and installing a new one. I am very happy with the quality of service and work. I wish I could give more stars.

Francis was professional, friendly and very good at his job. He showed up promptly when he said he would, was neat and clean and picked up after himself. I would highly recommend this business!!

Francis did a great job sourcing and installing a dual head mini split in our place. Great guy to work with and the work performed was very professional. We would highly recommend

Whatever the class above perfection is, that’s the quality of work you will get from Francis. It really was mind blowing throughout a very big install at my house. I don’t mind paying for this quality but even the price was awesome. Look no further. Thank you very much sir!

Francis has helped us fix both our furnace and air conditioner. He is punctual and fixed the issues quickly. He is very professional and friendly. We would highly recommend him for any of your heating and cooling needs.

Francis is a great guy, if you're looking for a heating and cooling company that is honest, does quality work and has fair pricing FD heating and cooling is the place you should go with. I was more than happy and would without hesitation recommend to my family and friends.

Everything from beginning to end was top notch! Francis came to my home the next morning after calling to do the quote. And this was shorlty after the flooding in our area so everyone was extremely busy! I received the quote the following day. The pricing was very reasonable. Installation was set up quickly to accomodate my schedule and the complete install of my new firnace was perfect. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend FD Heating & Cooling - and I am a picky person who has dealt with a lot of contractors over the years! Excellent company!

Francis was a pleasure to work with. He quoted our job quickly and when we set up our appt he was on time, personable and knowledgeable. He installed two gas lines and set up our custom fire table which had to be configured & assembled. i highly recommend FD Heating & Cooling.

Francis is a great guy, prompt & extremely knowledgeable about product he’s installing. Went above and beyond to replace our furnace, left the work place very tidy and helped us set up our thermostat explaining how everything worked. We’ll have him back for sure & highly recommend his professional manner and work ethics.

Francis found a heat pump/ac unit that was a brand name and within my budget for a rental home that we had. He answers his own phone and does his own quotes so you're not paying for a salesman or receptionist. He did a great job, was very professional and courteous.
When our own heat pump quit working this winter, Francis was my first choice even though he didn't sell/install the unit. He diagnosed the problem and worked with the distributor to get a replacement compressor under warranty. Really happy!

FD Heating was referred to us from a trusted friend and we have now used them on several occasions. Francis has been fantastic to work with. High level of expertise, solutions focused, works hard and doesn't overcharge. Highest recommendation.

I am so pleased with the fireplace that FD Heating & Cooling installed. It is so much better than I expected. They were extremely friendly, professional and trustworthy. Francis did the install and based on a few of my rough ideas he produced an incredible result that everyone comments on when they see it. It's also so easy to see the quality in the work, everything is done so well and he really took great care of my house in the process. I will use FD Heating & Cooling every time in the future.
