Repaired electrical problem in timely fashion. Have used them before and will use them again when needed. Good response to call.

Woke up to no running water on the coldest day in January so far. The Town of Kingsville guys came out and checked our water access. After "checking" the water at the meter in the crawlspace, they told us the line from the road to the house was frozen, it was not their problem, and that it was up to the homeowner to get it repaired. I'm not sure if it was their job to go under our house, so I can't really complain about what they didn't do.
After calling town-approved contractors, we learned that fixing the issue would cost us more than ten thousand dollars due to the additional need for a hydrovac truck in these temperatures.
This is where Munger Electric saved us.
We called and talked to Ashley. Ashley found someone to come out to assess our situation within a couple of hours. Zoran arrived promptly and immediately crawled under the house to check the meter. He turned off the water and completely disconnected the meter. As he disconnected the meter, he noticed a piece of ice about 3 cm long pushing against the meter. Zoran removed that piece of ice and reconnected the meter. Then, Zoran came into the house with me to check that all the faucets were working correctly.
Ashley, Zoran and Munger Electric saved us in our time of need. Thanks again!
