We have an outage currently in our area which effected the function of our sump pump. My husband was bucketing pales of water from the sump pump for hours to keep it from flooding over while we waited for the power to come back on until we realized we needed help. Bryan answered the phone and it felt like I was speaking with my brother or my uncle trying to help. He cared, he was honest, fast, called around for solutions on equipment and didn't want to leave us hanging. All of this while he was already physically out helping other people with the outage, trees falling on his own property causing damage and a power outage himself. He was texting us, on the phone with us, and gave us a plan to solve this problem and to get some sleep. Not only that, but also offered solutions for tomorrow that go above and beyond helpful if we are still experiencing an outage.

Thank you Bryan, I am out of town as my husband was dealing with this by himself and I had no solutions to offer and felt helpless to assist in the chaos. But you did like a bro. I appreciate this.

Extremely satisfied with service and Brian. I called the Tuesday, Dec 27/2022 when most electrical companies are closed. I spoke with Brian and said he would be at my place just after the job he was working on and he certainly was a man of his word. He called me about 1 1/2 hrs. later and arrived as we discussed. What a terrific personality Brian has and I certainly will be calling him should I need a qualified electrician again. My electrical problem was corrected in no time and all to my satisfaction.

These guys made the installation of our hot tub a breeze! Not only did they hook up our hot tub but they found us a contractor at the last minute and took care of all the arrangements to get a trench dug. Easy to reach out to by text and phone. I could not recommend them enough, they were flexible, accommodating and incredibly helpful.

We hired DMC to install a new underground main feed and generator back up system. The entire install went great! Definitely piece of mind having backup power that comes on by itself.

My wife and I hired Andrew from DMC to help with the power situation for a farm wedding. He went above and beyond running a large cable across nearly 200’. He even organized for us to rent covers to prevent the cable from being ran over. Andrew was extremely personable and understood the time crunch and stress weddings can be. Without the help of DMC our wedding would have been a bust!

Brian from DMC was quick to answer our call when a powerful windstorm pulled our hydro line out of our house. The wind was still raging at low temperatures and he stayed until 7.30 pm on a Saturday in December to ensure we were ready for when Hydro One came to restore power. Great service, awesome workers and quality work. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Not only did they show up that day within the hour, they fixed the problem quick, was super kind, and did not charge me for the job. I 100% recommend this company. They are kind genuine people who does their job right! Thank you guys so much!

These guys were amazing ! Came out same day I called and got a 240V outlet installed on the house for my trailer to hook up to. Great work, great customer service , zero complaints ! Would not hesitate to use these guys again and again !

The recent ice storm that hit leamington-Essex left myself and my kids without power. The wire feeding my home with power had been knocked down but with it came my hydro meter. DMC showed up with in minutes of a phone call and immediately assessed the situation. They had the issue fixed and ready for the hydro company to reconnect by night fall that day. So thankful! Father and son with great attitude and humor to help ease the stress lol After the power company hooked us back up, the power was still not on and I was confused. One quick call and they came back to reassess. Thankfully after 20 hours without power, power was restored!

Great experience.... Installed a Seneca Sentry V generator to run the whole house in the inevitable loss of power. House flooded last year so not going to risk it again.
Andrew, Doug, and Nick did a great job and made sure I knew about the generator before leaving. Fully tested and very happy with everything. Definitely recommend both the company and generator.

We gutted our bathroom last weekend, called DMC on Monday, and they were able to fit in our small job yesterday! Very happy with the reassurance and knowledge they were able to provide. Andrew along with his dad and their apprentice, worked quickly and were very personable. Highly recommend giving them a call for your electrical needs!

I needed to have an electrician come in to rewire our doorbell when our security installer accidentally pulled out the existing wires when he was attempting to install our new doorbell camera.
The electrician came out and walked me through step-by-step what he was going to do and gave me a worse case scenario as well. It ended up being the worst case scenario and he had to install a new doorbell transformer from the service in our garage. The two gents did a very professional job and I was impressed. I was dreading the bill for the work, but it came in and was very reasonable.
Should I need an electrician to come to our home in the future, I will be calling DMC Electrical Services Ltd again.
True to the above review, I called DMC to come and install my new garage heater. They were supposed to come in the following week, but the boys said that they were in the neighbourhood and could get to me today. They're absolute pros. Installed the new circuit breaker, ran the Romex inside the wall and over the ceiling, braced the truss and attached the heater to the joist and now I have a heated garage.
If anybody needs an electrician to come to do some work, these are the guys to call. Any future electrical work that I need done, DMC Electrical is who I'm going to call.

A DMC electrician installed 3 wired smoke alarms in my home and he was very friendly and courteous. He came out the same day. He was very helpful with my questions. Will definitely be using their services here on. Thankyou DMC
