The ingratta team is great did a porch and a driveway on my new build. Came out gave a free estimate gave opinions on what would look best. I have never seen quality work completed in such a timely manor. Would recommend ingratta for all concrete and drainage needs. Experience results in quality work. Over the Past 7 years Ingratta has completed various excavation and concrete work for me and my company.

Amazing work done quickly! We had purchased a new 5 axis CNC machine for our Injection molding operation located in Oldcastle. It required a large pit, these guys broke out the existing concrete, excavated the pit formed the walls, set up the steel base and poured all in one week turn around. Would absolutely recommend these guys, oh and we hired them to come back and pour a floor in our 4000 sqft expansion turned out smooth as glass. Can't say enough about these guys!

Bad attitude, rude and not helpful. Apparently my money wasn't good enough for them. I was told they have more important jobs to do and to find someone else. Wouldn't even give a referral.

We used Ingratta Cement when we built our new home. They did the basement, driveway, and sidewalk. Frank and Mike even suggested we add a patio in the backyard and we couldn't be happier that we did! The kids love playing down on it and it added a large seating area to our back yard. If I ever need anything done again I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call.

This company waterproofed our crawl space. Time will tell if they did an effective job. As for the cement drive and stamped patio- damn, what an unprofessional job. The cuts they put in the driveway sections look rough and uneven, and they are a good 3" from the side of the house. Our neighbors' new driveway is cut right to the house brick. They sprayed a sealant/gloss on the stamped patio which got oversprayed onto our sunroom siding, then as the worker was walking back to his truck, he dribbled sealant all down our newly paved drive. We were told by the owner that WE could buy cleaner! We DO NOT recommend this company.

Finally making a review. I hired Ingratta Cement to redo my concrete patio and sidewalk. They did the work in June 2019. I never asked for a deal. We decided to extend the sidewalk along the driveway to make it longer as well. The pictures with comments show what I received. Very sloppy work. They were very rude and unprofessional. Yelling and swearing at each other on the job. Total rush job. I hired them based on the level of experience they have, but I received very poor workmanship and they refused to fix it or give me any money back. Told me it looked great and they were satisfied with it. Told me "sometimes the younger generation you just can't please it." <------Yeah. I had it redone in August 2019 as I was not happy with my brand new concrete at all, and found out by the company that redid it, that the concrete wasn't even 4 inches thick as was agreed upon, and it was only a matter of time before it cracked. It was 2 inches thick in some areas, 3 inches in others. I have pictures as well of that. Not consistent. The gravel base wasn't good either, which is very important with concrete. Very poorly done. I asked for wire mesh to be put in and that was on my invoice/contract. The company that redid it told me the wire mesh was left on the ground (I have pictures when they tore it out), which does nothing for the concrete as it has to be pulled up a bit, and none was put where the sidewalk is along my house. Now if you look past the terrible look of it, you can also see from the pictures that I had issues with water pooling/puddling in multiple areas along the side of my house with a negative slope, and throughout the concrete patio and sidewalk. Thus finalizing my decision to redo it. Not to mention all of this happened while on my maternity leave, 4 months post-partum. What a nightmare.

I had Ingratta cement apply concrete to my rear yard and around the pool. Too many areas of poor workmanship to keep silent. They did not start with a base of gravel before installing the concrete but rather they used recycled concrete along with pieces of bricks and metal mixed in as their base. A day after the job was done, I called the owner, Frank and proceeded to show him the sub-standard work. He said I was too fussy and I told him that I was not willing to pay for the completed job that was by the way around $4000.00 more than he quoted me. In addition, there is ponding of water after a rain in a low area left behind. So here we are, concrete in place dry and hard, all I could do is ask for some money off the price. When I showed Frank all the issues, I asked for some money back, he asked me if I was Jewish, what a thing to say. NOT GOOD.

Had a few quotes for excavation and a new septic system. Called Mike for excavation and got a really reasonable deal. Then he cut our septic system install cost almost in half! Was $27,000 but he was able to remove, re-install larger and put two runs in for $18,000!
And he was very professional in the way he did the work. -
Best experience I've ever had with a company! These guys are excellent. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Kyle is the man and can operate a bobcat with a surgeon's precision. Gary is great and makes sure everything is good to go before the job gets started. Very professional. Thanks fellas!

For those who have homes on the Lake you know what damage the winds and waves have caused in the last couple of years. I have an unfinished basement and thought that the water would eventually go down and so would the water that was coming into the basement. No such luck!
As any diligent consumer, I had 3 companies come out and give me quotes on having the basement repaired. Dry-Rite by far was the best price and willing to do the repairs within MY time frame! I know going with the lowest quote isn’t always the wisest thing to do but Dry-Rite had good reviews, years of experience and Gary walked me through the process.
Gary and his team made what started out as a very stressful situation a lot more bearable. I can’t say enough about this company and all their employees. They have been a pleasure to work with. I was so impressed with Gary’s knowledge, interest, and time he personally spent to help solve our water and sump pump problems, even though he had nothing to gain. He's not happy unless you are happy!
His working team led by Isaiah was polite and hard working. Thier progress each day was amazing. Decio the plumber is extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix a plumbing issue that 2 plumbers before him could not.
I can’t say enough about this company and all their employees. They have been a pleasure to work with and I sincerely recommend Dry-Rite and will have them back if needed... I hope I won't need them back!!! -
I used Dry Rite for slab jacking and for trenching my basement along with a sump pump and battery back up. They were very professional and fantastic workers. I am very pleased with the results. They cleaned up after their work was done, and I must say I was very impressed. Thanks to Kyle, Winston, Brody and Mark for the hard work. Also thanks to Gary for setting everything up and keeping me updated.

Gary and his crew recently raised my sunken drive and pathways. They did a great job, getting a very old, uneven installation back level. I was very impressed with Gary's professionalism and execution of the entire project, including the clean up. I would very strongly recommend them, so much so that some of my neighbors are now getting him to quote doing theirs. Thanks again Gary.

We had Gary and his crew install a Back Flow valve. Other companies had said that we would have to break up the driveway etc, and were quoting an insane amount of money. Gary came in with his quote, arranged for inspections and didn't have to break up the driveway. They worked hard all day in 30+c heat. The guys were always joking and really seemed to enjoy what they were doing. They took care not to damage my lawn and did a fantastic clean up job afterward. All of this for a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dry-Rite, Gary and especially his crew!

I would highly recommend Dry-Rite to anyone with water issues. Gary and crew were a pleasure to work with from initial quote to job completion. Exterior waterproofing job was completed in a timely manner. Crew went above and beyond to explain the process and what they were doing at each stage. Jobsite was left clean. Prices were very reasonable. Would not hesitate to have Dry-Rite do a job for me again.

Waterproofing and sump-pump installation. We went with DryRite because of a friends positive review and fair pricing. Garys team did an fantastic job! They were time efficient, very thorough, polite, and our basement was so clean after they were done!

Gary was very easy to deal with and very responsive. He didn't leave the site until we were 100% happy. The waterproofing job was done professionally and I feel much more confident now about finishing our lower level. I highly recommend, excellent value at very reasonable price.

Excellent company. Hired for back water valve and sump pump. There were many obstacles during the installation caused by the house plumbing. We were informed and treated professionally. We were never asked to pay extra despite the job being more difficult than planned. Gary was a real pro. It was a real pleasure to deal with a company that cares about their work, a rare quality these days. We would definitely hire these guys again.

We hired Dry Rite for a leaky basement, back flow preventer and sump pump for my sister in law's older home and could not be more pleased. As a retired building inspector with over 30 years experience I found Gary Quinn and the workers and all staff to be pleasant, knowledgeable and delivered on timing, work and price. There were no excuses, problems or additional costs, they said what they were going to do, did it quickly and left the home clean and tidy. Very impressive, I would recommend them for any work in their field, they are honest and trustworthy with our thanks Barry Suszek

Excellent customer service! Gary responded to my request for a quote right away and quote and work completed in less than a week! The team that came out to do the job were friendly and professional and did an excellent job! Highly recommend Dry-Rite.

We had a sump pump failure that needed a full replacement (it was due, so it wasn't a surprise). With all the rain the area had been receiving, Dry-Rite estimated they could get to our job in approximately 2 to 3 weeks due to their waitlist. They were right on schedule and finished the job on budget.
At the same time, the heavy downpours that Windsor was receiving caused repeated water seepage in the basement. We asked Gary to come back and give us a quote on having the affected area dug down to the footings and sealed. The price was very fair and they were able to get to us quite quickly for this job.
The work was professional and everything was nicely graded after the job was completed ahead of the estimated time (we were told it could be 2 days on-site, and they were able to finish by the second afternoon). They washed the cement sidewalk and driveway, and raked the lawn to remove any debris that could be caught in the lawnmower later.
Lana in the office is great to work with, and Kyle, Phil and Matt took good care of our home. They noticed a root that had the potential to cause a problem with the foundation and were able to remove it before it did any damage. Highly recommended. -
Just want to say thank you to Gary and his staff Andy and Quinn, who did the slabjacking at our house on our driveway. Wish we would have taken before pics but it was absolutely incredible how it looked when they were complete. The job needed the guys to come back a second day because they needed more sand to finish the job. Couldn’t tell by looking at it but they knew and pumped and incredible amount under the driveway to fill all the voids so we shouldn’t have any issues down the road. They worked incredibly hard through the heat we had and always had a smile when I went out to talk to them. Wonderful crew to deal with. Gary prices were incredibly reasonable for work done. Recommend them for sure. Thank you so much Gary, Andy and Quinn.
