Josh offered reasonable after-hours pricing and payment options; while Cody was punctual (within the hour on a Sunday evening) gave an accurate assessment of the work completed and provided an overview of preventive measures. Will do business again.

I cannot recommend this company enough! After a couple emergency’s at my home they came out right away and took care of each issue. They explained the problems thoroughly and made sure I was aware of all the options available to me. They are very reasonably priced, professional and friendly. Their work speaks for itself and they stand behind their work and are reliable. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Alex (and his team) replaced all my house Kitec plumbing -- big job. They knew the inconvenience this would cause us, so they managed to minimize the time (only 7 hours) we didn't have water, and finished the job a day early. These guys are professional, kept the work site as clean as possible and didn't waste any time while they were here.

We had multiple items that we needed taken care of and Alex and Cody were excellent. Josh was also really friendly and easy to deal with. We are very happy with the customer service and would highly recommend them!

Called them up to come and look at a situation I was having with no pressure in my hot water taps. Alex and Cody showed up and were very honest and professional about what the issue was (Hot water tank). Very helpful with different solutions I could look into. Definitely would recommend.

Update: Bumped to 5 stars. Called the guys out for another project. While they were here they fixed another problem I had.

Came same day i called with an emergency because of clogged sewer line. Yousef was professional and friendly in explaining what was going on and the solution. Fixed the issue in no time. Will call again for future problems.

We are very pleased with the job that Alex and Cody did for us. We put a new bathroom in the basement. They were very reasonable and answered any questions we had.
The job was completed in less time than anticipated.

Just had Alex come to our house and we can't say enough good things about the service he provided. First of all he was on time, conducted himself in a very professional manner, performed the service quickly but thoughrouly . He explained what needed to be done and why and took his time to answer all our questions. At the end of the job he even offered to mop up our floor. Excellent service that we highly recommend.

New to Windsor, it was difficult to choose a plumber for a leaking kitchen pipe. Superior answered the phone promptly when called. Then Cody called to confirm what time he would be there.He fixed the problem

We had a leaky pipe in our basement from the shower. I called Superior and they sent out Cody and Alex right away. They investigated the problem, found the most efficient and cost effective resolution. They were extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a plumber.

Honest! Knowledgeable! Decent! I will always use Superior Plumbing Solutions for everything!!!!! I was worried about this new house and all the plumbing issues...Josh the owner and Alex who came out, kept saying “it will be working by the end of the day” and it was! I’ve hired a lot of trades within the last two months and can honestly say that this plumbing company was different...in all the right ways!

This is the only plumbing company I will use from now on. Alex and Cody were great. They explained the problem and offered me options. They called around to many places trying to find parts. The job was not straightforward (older home and plumbing) but they were able to fix it in less time than I expected. A great company to deal with that know how to treat their customers.

Just a note to say Josh the owner and his staff are great to work with, they had to replace the old pipes in my basement, it was a huge job, basement floor had to be jackhammered and all redone, they were very professional, answered all my questions and looked after a lot of the paperwork for the City of Windsor, all around great team to work with.

I will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I would recommend this company to everyone who has plumbing problems. Alex, Cody, and G. We’re not only there when they said they would be,they were 15 minutes early and organized their equipment. The work they did was excellent, they cleaned up after they were done. If I had a company I would hire them as they all worked until the work was done, they were very polite and professional. Great job men, we need mor companies like this one.
