Went during the week so it wasn't busy and thought staff would have time to talk. There were many people working but only one approached us to help. Told us what she thought we needed, didn't listen to what we wanted. She went to cash someone else out and said she would be back... after 1/2 hour she didn't come back we left.

Amazing service, and we will be getting our landscaping done through them. Very knowledgeable and we dealt with the owner. Very impressed.

I bought 3 fruit trees recently and 2 were infested with peach tree borers. I called to ask about my options and the lady on the phone didnt even care. Youd think youd get healthy trees for planting from a nursery . I had to buy pest control so well see if the trees survive as they are in bad shape

I went on Saturday to maidstone tree farm the team are very friendly specially the supervisor Mrs joli I bout magnolia southern joli was big help she took the time to explain to me about it and answered all my questions thank joli and team see u again wishing all of you and visitors great summer

Wonderful nursery with a large variety of different and unique plants for your garden. A very educated and helpful staff who can actually answer questions correctly. One of my favorite places to get plants.

Very good varieties of high quality plants and shrubs. price slightly more than similar varieties available in Canadian tire in Windsor (about 25% more). However large number and variety in a single nursery so early into spring.

I love Maidstone tree farm! I am a landscape contractor. they are extremely knowledgeable to help with any of my projects and are very fast to respond. Also great quality product and prices are some of the best in the area.

I needed some specific trees and was graciously helped by Sara and Vic. He helped me choose what best suited my landscaping and Sara gave me many planting tips. Overall, a wonderful shopping experience. Thank you Vic and staff!

Outdoor stand offering beautiful fall plants, hay, pumpkins, fruits and vegetables. Free parking. Ģentleman staff was very helpful and was just learning English so had some difficulty with the math if you purchased a lot of products so be patient and kind with this individual. He is very nice and tries to help. I would return in future

Had an excellent experience at Maidstone Tree Farm. Lots of selection available, staff very knowledgeable. Special thanks to Julie for helping us pick the perfect plants for our spring landscape project.

We spent significant money with them, but 4 trees died (within 10 months) and they would not do anything to help us replace it / discounting for replacement trees. It is very unfortunate and we do not plan to make any purchases with them in the future (not a great way to run the business).
