Great service! Technician was very helpful and knowledgable for our residential repair in Chatham. Humidity was high in the house and he was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue for us quickly. Now our house is very comfortable. We also had our thermostat upgraded while on site. Everything went very smoothly and I was very pleased with the service provided. Will be using these guys again!

Had Tyger install a 2 head heat pump for two hard to heat rooms in our house. They also installed a tankless hot water heater. We had an issue with one of the units and they were diligent in making sure it was working and offered great follow up service.

Had an error code on our tankless hot water heater. Put in a call for service on their web site. Got a call back in an hour and it was fixed under warranty that afternoon. Great service, great technician. I was able to watch him fix it and found it very interesting. Got a new furnace filter at the same time (unrelated to the hot water heater). Can't beat it!!!!
