They efficiently cleared the snow without causing any damage and left the area clean. Overall, their professionalism greatly impressed me.

The NLLC team did a great job cleaning my house. I'm Very happy with their service! NLLC cleaned my house, including the bathrooms, and I’m so impressed. Everything is sparkling, and they even made my yard look amazing. Totally recommend!

Niagara Landscaping Lawn Care and Cleaning (NLLC) is an outstanding service provider! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. I recently hired them for lawn care and home cleaning, and they exceeded all expectations.

The lawn care team transformed my yard into a pristine, well-manicured space, while the cleaning service left my home spotless and refreshed. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and they clearly take pride in their work.

The customer service was also top-notch. The staff was friendly and communicative, ensuring every detail of the service met my needs.

If you're in Niagara Falls and need reliable, high-quality services, I can't recommend NLLC enough. It's no surprise they have such a high rating. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!

NLLC did not provide the signed contract or invoice after receiving the payment of CAD 280/- on May 7. They skipped the weekly services at my property multiple times and when I asked them to fix the situation, they provided all sorts of excuses and reasons as follows "As per your conversation with Navraj , the lawn care package agreed upon was the $599 plan, which includes weekly grass cutting only, without maintenance. We offer two packages:
$599 – Weekly grass cutting (no maintenance)
$699 – Weekly grass cutting with maintenance
Since you selected the $599 plan, both the invoice and the attached contract reflect the agreed terms.
Regarding the non-service dates, please note that unfavorable weather conditions (rain/act of God) prevented us from safely completing the grass cutting. We always strive to maintain consistency, but weather-related delays are unavoidable. There is nothing we can do about that.
As a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for being a loyal client, we would like to offer you a Fall Cleanup service for just $99 (valued between $170–$200), subject to standard terms and conditions. This service will be scheduled in September or October as per your preference. Please let us know if you’d like to take advantage of this offer, we’d be happy to provide written confirmation on our official letterhead.
Lastly, if you would like to upgrade to the $699 package (which includes maintenance), a one-time cleanup fee will be applicable as the current condition of the property requires additional work to bring it up to maintenance standards."

I had a big mess in my yard and needed my house cleaned. I called NLLC, and they did an amazing job! The team cleaned every room in my house, and the bathrooms are sparkling clean. They also made my lawn look perfect, trimming the bushes and mowing the grass. I appreciate how friendly and professional they were. Prajwal checked in to make sure everything was to my liking. Definitely calling them again for regular service. Very happy with how everything turned out!

These guys are extremely unprofessional. I called earlier in the day to ask if I could have my lawn mowed that evening. Initially, they said they could not do it today, which I was fine with—I told them no worries and that I’d contact someone else. A couple of minutes later, they got back to me, saying they could come by and get everything done before 7 PM.
At 6:50 PM, I gave them a call and spoke with someone named Saad. When I called, he pretended he couldn’t hear me and hung up. I called back, and he said he would contact his team to find out where they were because they had probably gotten busy, and that he would call me back—but he never did, and nobody showed up.

Extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. They clearly do not respect or value other people’s time.

We hired NLLC for both our home cleaning and lawn care, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. They arrived on time and handled everything from deep cleaning the house, including the bathrooms, to trimming the hedges and mowing the lawn. The team was very professional, polite, and made sure to check in at different points during the day to ensure we were happy with the work. Our property has never looked better! It’s rare to find a company that does both so well. Highly recommend them for their top-notch service and attention to detail.

Very disappointing service for a commercial snow removal contract. On multiple occasions our lot was left unsafe during business hours. Unacceptable.

They understood exactly what I was looking for and did an amazing job! I also received excellent customer service from Saad who arranged the appointment and managed the entire process for me very courteous and professionally! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience guys! Will definitely be reaching out for your help again.
