I've been working with Visca Electric for almost 20 years and have used them both personally and professionally. They are knowledgeable, professional and very well organized. They've done small electrical maintenance items at our office to full scale electrical installations on townhouse developments for us. From big jobs to small, they really can do it all !

I just had my electrical service upgraded from 60 Amp service to 100 Amp service. It was a real pleasure dealing with the staff and service team at Sam Visca Electric. Chris, the technician that did the on site conversion was very accommodating and did a fabulous job of making the changes to my electrical panel and replacing the mast and left everything looking neat and clean both outside and inside the house. VERY satisfied with the entire process, including my dealings with Marlene to schedule and complete the job.
I would highly recommend Sam Visca Electric if you need any electrical work done around the house.

The technician arrived on schedule, did troubleshooting for the problem, which was hidden inside a fan, and came back next day to fix the issue. Marlene, the exceptional customer service representative, kept us updated about the progress of the service calls.

Today we had the Panel Upgrade Special installed in our home. Everyone arrived on the scheduled time. We relocated to the Niagara Region 4 years ago. I was fortunate to see an ad in our local paper for Sam Visca Electric when we needed some electrical work done. We have had a couple of electrical jobs completed since then and have found that the electrical work completed has always exceeded our expectations. We also find that the pricing is reasonable.

The team at Sam Vista Electric are awesome! I responded to their ad to install a new electrical panel with surge protector. Marlene was amazing at scheduling the electrician around my busy schedule for the initial assessment. Chris the electrician was incredibly knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions.The day of removing the old panel and installing the new panel and surge protector, Chris and Marlene flawlessly coordinated with Welland Hydro to isolate and reinstall the hydro meter for Chris to do the work. Chris was efficient, professional and cleaned up after the installation totally impressing me. Every time I walk by the green lights on the new surge protector panel, I feel a total sense of comfort and peace. I will definitely use this team again as I renovate my old house.
