Nicole is outstanding! My elderly mom needed to hire someone to clean her home and is completely thrilled with the results she received! It's hard to impress her; she's a senior set in her ways. Nicole came in and worked tirelessly at cleaning what my mom requested and she couldn't be happier! Thank you Nicole, from the bottom of my heart, for addressing her needs so quickly. I got in touch with this company via email and text. I told them the work I wanted done. They quoted me a 3 hour job at a cost of $166.10. After 4 hours I contacted the cleaner who told me she would need another 1.5 hours. After 5 hours she texted me an invoice that was for $276. Which was fine since she was here for 5 hours. When I went through the house before paying her I noticed my kitchen wasn’t even touched. I asked for a deep clean in my kitchen. To my surprise she fully admitted to not touching the kitchen, however proceeded to tell me how she cleaned light switches and vents (I didn’t ask for either of these services). Then I go up to check my bathrooms which had soap scum all over the walls from the previous tenants. She again admitted she didn’t have time. Every lamp has a dust all over the bases. My one bathroom toilet had hairs on it, again from previous tenants. So she didn’t even wipe the toilets. I paid her $200. $166 from original quote plus a tip which she didn’t deserve. I called her after to explain how disappointed I was in the service. She made every excuse in the book and the proceeded to hang up on me. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with that owns a business.

We had Megan in for a kitchen deep cleaning and were truly impressed with the job she did. The kitchen shined more then when it was brand new. She also took care of some deeper cleaning we don't have time for on a regular basis. She also accomodated our request for all natural cleaning products to be used.
Affordable, and friendly!!
