Had my basement flood cleaned up, it was a mess, and smell was outrageous. Jade and his team came and made it look like it never even happened, I can't say enough nice things about their details and service.

We had a flood in the fall, we needed an emergency cleaning of all the toxic waste in our basement. The team came in right away and made quick work out of the mess. They were very well priced for the quality and speed that they worked. 👍🏽👍🏽

Got few quotes to clean out my parents house of all the junks and many companies were giving us very high quotes with many reasons that really wasn't reasonable. Got bridgewater as my last company to give us a quote, although their price was more then what I budgeted for, at thisbpoint we thought that this was going to be lowest quote we are going to get. So we just decided to get it done with them. Because it was bit over our budget, we were a bit disappointed going in but when they came and did all the work, it was worth it. From customer service to how clean they cleaned it up. Smell was c9mpletly gone and it's like they said, as if it never even happened. I really appreciate the help thank you

Needed both cleaning and residential restoration help. Came recommended through a friend and did not disappoint. Easy to connect and discuss needs. Reasonable quotes. And delivered as promised. Asked if they could help with other jobs around my property. Ended up helping me with some landscaping I couldn’t have done myself without breaking my back. Mathew started right on time. Our carpet is off-white wool, 30 years old and hasn't been cleaned in over 2 years. You can imagine how the carpeted stairs looked. It didn't bother Mathew at all. He got to scrubbing the stairs and all heavily soiled areas. The whole carpet was done and done to perfection. It is back to its original colour and softness to the touch!!! We will definitely use Mathew again and recommend Niagara Kwik Dry Total Cleaning.

I had Matt at Niagara Kwik Dry come in to clean a couch and chair in my living room. I am extremely happy with the service that he provided! He arrived, explained the process and got to work. He had to move the furniture out from the wall to do the cleaning and when he was done everything was put back in place like he was never there, except for my now very clean and bright looking couch and chair. The solution used to clean smells great and it’s all natural which is great for houses with pets like mine. I will definitely be using Niagara Kwik Dry again and will recommend to anyone I know who needs carpet or upholstery cleaning!

Hi... first time we used Matt to do our berber carpets in the basement and he did a fantastic job. He was on time very professional and rhe carpets are like 95% brand new ...considering we never got them washed since he put them in 2009 ... we did a brilliant job. Will be getting him to do our carpets annually.

They were on time, gave me an accurate quote over the phone and did a great job. We have a woven fabric couch and they were knowledgeable about how to clean it delicately and effectively. We also have a dog that is constantly on our couch and it always looks fabulous after we get it cleaned by Niagara Kwik Dry. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Absolutely amazing experience with Matthew! Was on time ( early ) bonus for us! And went right ahead and did an amazing job on bringing the sectional back to life, with the dog stain/smell he was able to remove every little bit and the couch smells unreal!
