I just switched my HVAC maintenance plan from Reliance to Evans. Account setup was fast and very friendly, kudos to Joann!!! I was able to set a next day maintenance appointment right after setting the account up!! Amazing!! Amazing!!! Compare that to booking months in advance with Reliance (and them not showing up for three appointments). The service technician, Wes, called and offered an earlier appointment!! Never had that happen before, ever. He showed up, was very professional yet very personable. I had tons of questions about other products not necessarily related to my A/C maintenance, he answered them all. What a fantastic experience for my first service call. My only regret is not signing up for their services years ago. Thank you all so much, you have a customer for life.

Professional installation/workmanship - plus Joe took the time (it was his last install of the day) explained details of how to use the equipment for each season as well as the maintenance required. 1st time using Evans they will now be our 1st call for any of our future HVAC needs.

From beginning to end, Evans heating and cooling have been amazing. Chris came right on time (Shocker right) and got right too it. He checked our whole HVAC system to make sure it was in tip top shape and made and few adjustments to make it run smoother.
