We purchased a new furnace from Evans in 2022, and then an AC unit last year. Appointments are on time and easily scheduled, the products are great quality and at a competitive cost, and general maintenance checks are efficient. I appreciate that the technicians always try to extend knowledge in preventative care for the units.

After booking a service call, Chris Vocal came over to my home on the scheduled date and time to service my HRV system and as well install my smart thermostat. He was every bit courteous, professional and knowledgeable and I appreciated his patience in answering all my questions and further, provide pertinent details to ensure that my heating and ventilation systems would operate efficiently over the winter months. Thank you Chris.

Andrew was very professional. He was methodical and very thorough. He painted the fire box for protection and to improve its appearance. He carefully returned the log set to its original setup and tested the operation. Very good job.

Simply excellent service from my first phone call with Joanne to set up an appointment to get a new hot water heater, to having it installed by Wesley. They are a very professional company and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I did not end up going with Evans because I was stuck in a situation with another company but would 100% consider Evans in the future. Just had a new air conditioner installed after our old one died. Nothing but great things to say about this company! Stephen came to provide a quote - he was very knowledgeable, kind, and not pushy at all. He was very quick to respond and schedule the install.
Steve and Shalik did the work and were great! They were friendly, efficient, and left without a mess.

Shalik came for my yearly furnace cleaning. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He did the job then explained what he did and gave me some hints that will save me money. He was very polite and personable and then sent his report. The Evans report form is very comprehensive. I'm used to just getting a checklist but this included pictures and a written report. I pay monthly for the furnace maintenance package so it was especially nice to get a bill that said $0! This was my 2nd time using Evans and I'm very pleased with the service and will use them again

Shanika arrived promptly, as promised, presented himself well and with a friendly manner and began his tasks. He was knowledgeable and completed the work as needed. He answered all questions and concerns that we had and now feel quite comfortable knowing our gas fireplace is clean and in good working order.

This company is amazing. Joanne from customer service was wonderful and dispatched Wes, the technician. Wes was here within 30minutes. Great service, great people. Knowledgeable and we had heat in no time. Thanks again!!!

Gary was prompt, respectful of our home and very pleasant. He was able to give us some very valuable (and cost-saving!) tips about our systems and equipment. An excellent company to deal with for Installation and service. I've been dealing with them for over 30 years. Friendly, Reliable and Fair. They Installed a Fire place, 2 Furnaces and an Air conditioner for our Family.

1st experience with Evans and it was excellent. Shalik arrived on time and was courtious and professional. The work area was left clean. I don't have the knowledge to comment on the work done but I was satisfied that the job was well done. I will certainly have Evans back in spring to service the a/c and again next winter.

As the first time homeowner it can be scary when you know you need help but you don't know who to call. Well I'm so glad that I called Evans!!!!! Gary came out to our house to service our gas fireplace. He was kind and patient and answered all of my questions and helped me learn more about my fireplace.
