No stars - doesn’t seem to be an option for this
Very unprofessional company. Contacted them in May 2019 for a quote. Was told they could not do any work until August- that was fine by me. Victor came out did the quote and understood what was needed for the front of my home. New complete plan for walk way, stone porch , grading issues, new plantings, lighting etc. I would not think this a cheap or minor job. He agreed to provide a quote and a drawing.
That was May 2019. No quote in June? Texted got a response 2 weeks later their busy and he was going to work on it. No quote in July -no response, to my text, no quote in August- no response to yet another of my texts. They just have no regard for communication...Went back onto web site September 2/2019 sent a message through the “contact us page” which goes directly to Gery Mercnik I believe. Asking for a response and a follow up to the quote that was suppose to be coming for 4 months. No response!
How could they still be in business with this type of service? Deplorable conduct for a local company from business to business.
What a horrible experience, lack of respect and overall waste of time. -
