He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. I was really impressed with how professional and efficient he was. Installing a new toilet? Sure. Any plumbing company can do that. But ... Superior Plumbing went much further. They saw the new toilet I had bought and explained why it was not in my best interests to go with that model. They then helped me find a better model (at the same price). They took away the old toilet and all of the packaging on the new toilet. They gave us a warranty on their work and a discount on future plumbing work. The two installers who came to the house were capable and polite. All in all a great experience. Thanks, Superior Plumbing!

We were very pleased with our Superior Plumbing experience, Someone was able to come out same day after normal business hours. The problem was explained in a very friendly and knowledgeable way. The plumber had the necessary parts and was able to fix the issue during the visit. We would Superior plumbing again and highly recommend them.

The toilet in my house was broken. Since I saw that this company had a very high rating, I called them. Someone came to my door quickly, which was a good thing. However, it was just about replacing a set of toilet parts, but that guy actually quoted 650 CAD and said he could give me a discounted price of 620 on the condition that I give them a good review. I finally understand how their high ratings came about! Because I had repaired another toilet not long ago and knew that this price was a bit outrageous, I didn't let them do the repair. For this, I paid a 149+tax CAD door-to-door fee. It turned out that I was right. Later, I changed to another company, and the entire repair cost plus all the parts totaled 303 CAD

I called Superior to come and reattach a toilet that had come loose from the floor and to replace the wax seal. They attachment plate was broken so they installed a new plate and wax seal and now the toilet is tight and secure. After some negotiation and discussion, a fair price of $200 + tax was agreed upon for what amounted to about 45 minutes work. Be aware that if they come to have a "look" there is a minimum charge of $149.95 even if no work is done. That amount would be waived if you proceed to have work done. I'm giving them a 3 start review because you do have to be careful with pricing. Have an idea of what a job is worth on the market, then negotiate to a fair resolution. The quality of the work however was good, clean, and the issue quickly resolved.

He was on time, super friendly, and had everything diagnosed and fixed quickly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the fast, reliable service!

Zack and his apprentice were very knowledgeable, polite and fast. They came out and had the issue figured out very quickly then solved the problem of my blocked pipes. Prices were reasonable too. 10 out of 10 would hire again. My thanks to them and Superior Plumbing for their good work.
