Pannunzio Drainage Inc did an amazing job repairing my broken sewer pipes. They fairly quoted the job and their work was outstanding. Marco was very honest with what we needed and was very patient walking us through the process. I called him with an emergency prior to the repair and he came out the same day (I was so impressed).
They will definitely be getting my business if needed in the future.

WOW Called this company asked for an estimate. When they found out it is for Belle River the response was "we're not going to go all the way out there its too far and we are way to busy" Windsor to Belle River ...way to far!

End of Aug. I had a 12" basesment flood, after dealing with another company and not happy with the lack of care I was receiving, I called Pannuzio Drainage, (end of Oct.) withn an hour Marco called me back, within a couple of hours he was at my house addressing the issue. Marco then came back the next morning, and cleared the drain, explained fully what the issue was and the cost for a full drain replacement. By Nov. 19th, the work was done very professional and fast, they had the drain replacement, a sump pump and back water valve completed, everything cleaned up and we could hardly tell they were ever here. I highly recommend this company, don't make the same mistake I made, call this company 1st. Marco will not steer you wrong, expremely caring individual who explains every step by step.

Pannunzio drainage were excellent. They were efficient, thorough and did an excellent job of repairing or collapsed sanitation line. I would definitely call them again.

good team of guys that do a quick and efficient job however they removed a self from my wall and a window from the side of my home and neither of them were returned to their place after the work was completed. the clean up was also very minimal but acceptable.

Marco came out and gave us an estimate on having work done, within 24 hours of our call. At that time, he stated they were about 6 weeks behind, due to weather.
We signed the contract. They came about 3 weeks later. Very pleased with the work and the employees. The area was cleaned, no one would have known they had been here. The workers were considerate and very professional.

I was a tenant living at a property where the landlord had neglected to fix the sewage line correctly the first time and so it failed while we were living there. Marco called and was very understanding regarding my own timing, was quick and respectful while making the quote.

After the quotes came in I had a hard time pushing my landlord to make the fix as she was a difficult woman to begin with. To complicate things, I was moved out and planning to hand the keys over on the day work began, but he was able to hold onto the keys while worked everything out with the landlord.

Thanks again to Marco for going above and beyond as well as being so understanding of the difficult situation regarding 4 different parties that were involved.

Wow. Where to start. Had numerous plumbing companies out for the past year and half and only guesses as to the problem ... Eeeling and no satisfying solutions. Pannunzio out first visit.. camera... found problem amd fixed it all within 5 days. I cannot express how professional and patient the owner's son, Rob I believe his name was. Explained and showed us everything and explained what he will be doing. Highly recommend this company.

We had a sewer backup in a new house that we had just bought. After hearing so many positive reviews about Marco we decided to give him a call.

Upon arriving, Marco gave our property a complete inspection, located the problem in a timely manner. Marco gave up three options to fix with proper estimates. We chose to have out sewer line replaced, sump pump, and back water valve installed. Marco was quick to help us out with all the permits and rebates through the city.

On the day of the instal, Marco and his team were on time, professional, and very accommodating to us and explaining everything that was going on. I will using his services again.

Pannunzio Drainage are incredibly professional, courteous, and detailed! When they installed our sump-pump, backwater valve, and drainage connection, they thought ahead with their design to prepare us for future renovations. They thoughtfully moved our previous installation closer to our home, and even corrected the landscape of our lawn (which was a mess left by a previous contractor) after finishing their work. We could not be happier! And cheaper than most competitors!

I called them on a Saturday after an emergency at my house. Their secretary was very polite and gave me the name of the two gentlemen that run the company. After that I called Paolo and Marco, while they came out to look and quote the job for me they walked me through the issues they found and exactly what they were going to do to fix them. Once they came out to do the work their crew was very clean and professional, and when they left after they finished the job it looked like they were never there. I would recommend Pannunzio Drainage to anyone needing drainage work done, they are a local family run business.

A contractor for the Windsor Utilities Water Division had replaced new water line on my Street. We were told that we had Lead water pipes going to our home seeing that it is a older home and it would be advisable to replace them as Lead water pipes are Hazardous to our health. I called a couple of Contractors, one never responded and the other did later. I ended up calling Pannunzio Drainage for a quote and a person came the next day. He gave me a price and it seemed to be reasonable so I signed the deal to have the Lead water line replaced. They came a few weeks later to do the job and were professional about what they did by putting down carpet runner as to not dirty my home where they were walking in to work. They worked straight through till the job was done and cleaned up when they were done and left the work area in nice condition after digging a big hole in the ground. They were pleasant and I was pleased with the job they did and how they left it when done. I would definitely use them again if I needed someone.

Anyone needing a water line replaced should get Pannnunzio Drainage to do the job. I received four different bids and was amazed at how many wanted to do the job without city inspection. Some quotes were higher and some lower so I decided to go to city hall and ask for info on what to do. After long chit chat I made the choice to go with this company. They came in around 7 / 30 and were totally done by 1 p.m. The work they did was just amazing, with the clean up even better. The owners and all the employs answered all questions and were always polite. You can be sure that if we ever need any type of water or sewer service done again ir will be Pannunzio Drainage doing the work. Wayne and Patricia Edmondson

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ~ City replaced water lines on my street recently. I wanted to replace the lead pipe running from my main water supply to the city connection before the city poured the new concrete on my driveway. I called Pannunzio and left a message requesting a quote. Owner returned my call on a SUNDAY! I was very impressed. The owner was at my house and provided a written quote same day. Owner understood it was a TIME SENSITIVE project. He provided quote, coordinated with city contractor, obtained the permit and completed the job all within 6 days of initial contact. He kept me updated every step of the way. Great communication. Was here at the house when he said he would be, mats used to protect my carpet, cleaned up well.
Thanks to Pannunzio and his crew , I have peace of mind that my family won't be further exposed to potential lead contamination.
