I made an insurance claim after a burst
pipe flooded my basement and Alpine was recommended. My experience was very positive. Chris, Kristy, and Lou were all great to work with, as were the on-site staff they sent. They were very responsive and kept me informed throughout the project. I would definitely recommend Alpine Construction!

Alpine construction was very professional since the very first day after my house flooded. Mitch, Angelo, Ashly, Sam, and all the other construction guys were great. The guy from Wheatley whose name escapes me was great too. They were all perfectionists and very friendly while working. They kept everything nice and clean. The bosses were very helpful and available for any questions I had throughout the process and even the receptionists were very cool. I would recommend Alpine to anyone. Considering how many houses were flooded in my area the same day, I hear that mine was completed in a very timely fashion. Alpine is a great company. Two thumbs up.

Bad Customer Service, it takes 2 months to solve an RMA that occured from an IAC's employee's mistake. We had problems we 3 orders out of 5 with them.

Does anyone work at IAC Associates?

I placed an order in July and was told it would take 4 weeks to be MFG'd in Germany. It is now September still haven't received the item, and have called and emailed about the order and get no-reply....

All phone numbers just ring and ring, no voice mail, nobody picks up.
All emails NEVER get answered.

How can I cancel the order if nobody will pick-up the phone or reply to an email??
