Reviews of local pros in Pelham, Ontario

John and his crew transformed our front porch and gardens. We couldn't be happier with the job that they did. They were always punctual, polite, hard working and cleaned up at the end of every work day. John was always in communication with us during the project. Thank you again for the amazing job that you did. We highly recommend Thrive Creations and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have had John and his superb crew do work for me for a number of years now. Honestly, they are the best! They are great at what they do, and are professional and pleasant. I've had them do hardscaping (new sidewalk and stone on top of my concrete front porch), landscaping (all kinds of new plants, and John always knows which are best), and spring cleanup around the entire yard. More recently, they did some grading on my lawn to keep water flowing away from the house. Everything they do is well done. Thank you Thrive Creations.

The Thrive Crestions Team were amazing! John’s design has transformed our front yard incredibly. The team worked so hard to get everything done in a really short timeframe, and made the design come to life! The team were diligent, and always friendly and very helpful, answering questions and making sure that we knew how the project was coming along! The whole project ran smoothly from start to finish. Thank you John and crew!!

Can't say enough about Thrift Creations, from the minute we called them, to John coming out and consulting us, quoting us, to the job preparation, and right to job completion we are one hundred per cent satisfied in all regard. Our interlocking brick job through our arbor and around to our backyard looks great. Johns crew are a great bunch of people they are happy and you can tell they love their job. Our property was respected and my wife's perennial beds were not damaged in the process. Overall a ten out of ten start to finish!

Worked with John to lead a complete update of our backyard. This included working with a pool contractor and co-ordinating timelines for work to be done.

The estimate was fair and John was fair, flexible and approachable. At no point during the project did we experience frustration working with John or his team.

From the time that demolition of the fences, old interlock, patios and garden through to the completion of the project we were impressed with the work ethic of his team and the quality of the work that was done. Nick and Ray comprised the primary crew that was involved start to finish. Ethan, Liam and Caidan provided extra hands several days when needed. John also was on site working when needed and providing guidance to the crew when required. Everyone was polite and respectful and at no point were there concerns from our neighbours.

The crew arrived promptly each day and cleaned up. Materials arrived as scheduled and John's estimate of the time required to complete the project was accurate and only affected as a result of delays due to weather and construction (not done by Thrive).

With any large project there will be some needed to the scope of work as things unfold. Change orders were reasonable and John presented a variety of options before we decided.

At the conclusion of the project, the area that was used to get in and out of the backyard was restored. Given that some of the work extended to the property lines of our two neighbours, they were pleased that the cleanup included restoring the minimal impact on their side.

In selecting a contractor, we wanted one that would treat our backyard as his own. If we had to do the project over we would again select Thrive Creations.

John and his team (Ethan and Caiden) at Thrive Creations just finished a beautiful landscaping job in my front gardens. From start to finish they were great! John came over to plan a redesign that would fit in with the existing landscape as well as stay within my budget. Over the years I’ve been able to rely on Thrive Creations for different projects and have been completely satisfied each and every time! Huge thanks to a great team!

We've had John and his team do many things for us over the years and they have always done an excellent job. They are reasonable, respectful, and reliable. We would highly recommend.

John and his team completed a backyard renovation for us including interlock patio, sod, gardens, and replacing some fence posts. John really listened to what our priorities were for the space and delivered solutions to match. The crew were also excellent to work with - professional, punctual, and took care of our property as if it was their own. We are thrilled with the results and can't wait to enjoy our space this summer. Highly recommend working with John and his team for your next landscaping project.

John and his team were absolutely amazing. Right from the start in the planning phase, John was great at communicating and gave us good recommendations and suggestions on how to achieve the look we wanted. His price was very reasonable almost half the price of some other landscaping companies in the area. Nick and Ray did the majority of the work on our project and we were so impressed with them. Despite the extreme heat, they worked bso hard and always had a great attitude. We were so impressed with how they conducted themselves and their work ethic. We added on a few things mid project and they were more then willing to work with the changes and kept the project budget friendly. The concrete work was top notch and looks fantastic. John and his team at Thrive Creations made our dreams come to reality. We can't praise them enough. If you're looking for landscaping whether it be a small or large project, hire John and his team from Thrive Creations, the best of the best!

I just had my fall clean up done for the first time, even though I have been having work done every spring. I am so impressed with how my yard looks now. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Thrive for your yard needs.

I recently hired Thrive Creations to build a retaining wall on my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is outstanding—the wall is not only beautiful but clearly built with care and expertise.

Throughout the entire project, John and Caden were punctual, professional, and respectful. I really appreciated how they cleaned the site at the end of each day, keeping everything neat and safe. Their flexibility was another major plus; they were willing to adjust plans as needed and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend Thrive Creations and the team of John and Caden to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service. I would absolutely hire them again.

Everyone at Zarcon is wonderful to deal with. The lawn care people are meticulous, friendly and efficient. Because I do not live in the area, I really appreciate that I can trust this team to take great care of my mom's lawn all season long. I absolutely recommend Zarcon for your landscaping needs!!

We contacted Zarcon to design the back yard landscaping plans for our new bungalow. They took the time to listen to our requirements, provided expert advice and met with us several times to create a wonderful design that worked for us. Their ability to provide a three dimensional preview of the work was amazing and helped us envision what the yard would look like. From the design stage to the construction and planting of materials they showed great attention to detail, professionalism and expertise in their field. They were very easy to work with, maintained a clean work site and responded promptly to any questions we had. They also came in on budget. We are so pleased with the work they performed we have asked them to return next spring to install our driveway and complete the front yard landscaping. We would highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs.
